Posting under a pseudonym as a lessee I fear reprisal. Great location, nice amenities, bad apartments. Not wired for ethernet or fiber - I have cables running everywhere. This place spent an enormous amount of money renovating an already nice clubhouse because that is what they put in their pictures online. Apartments come last and desperately require new windows, not just new glass panes. They let a guy drive an old racing modified Mazda3 around the entire complex that is so loud it is amazing it is street legal... and these are supposed luxury apartments. They treat residents as children through

Everyone here is amazing!! I had an hour and a half to find a new apartment, and Crystal delivered! She stayed an hour past closing to help me, she went above and beyond. The maintenance staff are all smiles, friendly and helpful, fixing issues in a timely manner. The property is wonderful, offering great amenities, clean updated and well maintained. The apartments themselves are lovely, include everything you could want, and are very well priced. I will definitely be referring people to live at Lexington Farms!

We placed a work order for an appliance issue and it was addressed by Alwyn Adams in a timely way in spite of holiday period. He fixed the issue and advised, what went wrong and replaced the parts needed. He was very kind and compassionate. His work was very nice and clean. Thank you Alwyn for the help at the holiday season !

First of all, Crystal Carlson... sign up through her! She is great with follow up and gets stuff done quickly. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism and highly recommend her.
The estates themselves are clean and managed. Due to the size maintenance does take a few days.
Again, just remember Crystal and she will make sure things are down smooth and correctly. 5 starts for her. 4 stars for maintenance.

I gave two stars instead of one because I really love the layout of our apartment. However I’ve the last few months we have had so many issues and nothing ever gets truly fixed. Just barely enough to get by and then a few months(or even weeks) later we are having the same issues again. When I send an email, I want an email response, so I have something in writing and so all my questions and concerns can be addressed. Instead they call me while I’m at work and am not able to chat through everything. Our appliances are old and I don’t feel like they operate very efficiently and overall just

I had a few maintenance issues that needed addressed, the maintenance man that came to fix my issues worked the better part of the day and he did not leave until he was done. He was very professional, friendly and had a mask the whole time. I didn't know his name and at the end of the day I had to ask his name. Alwyn was the best! if you are lucky to have him fix your maintenance issues you are sure to get stellar service, he is very thorough!

I have worked for companies that have owned this property from the original owner to current. I have filled in the office staff there in 2005.2006, 2012 and now most recently, the company that I work for is managing this community in 2020. This community is beautiful. It has always been a very special community. In 1998, I was an apartment manager in Overland Park and Lexington Farms was being built. It was so beautiful and it was THE place to live.
