Services
Landlord and Tenant understand and agree that the Property is a vacation rental. The tenant is a transient guest or seasonal tenant. Venue for all disputes will take place in West Palm Beach County, FL. Tenant will be responsible for all of the owner's legal fees incurred for enforcing this agreement.
All Guests (and any Visitors) must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Manager during their stay; and Guests must notify the Property Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that all visitors are complicit to follow our House Rules.

Very cramped, signs with rules everywhere, small living room, not enough bathrooms, too far from the beach to walk to, unspectacular views, kind of misrepresented on the site, an hour away from Key West.
A week after our stay, the owner sent us a bill for an extra $ 1,000 because someone in our party made a friend at a bar who ended up spending the night!

Great House with lots to do!
There were 8 adults and 4 teenagers in our group and it was perfect for us. We loved all the activities at the property, pool table, foosball, corn hole, kayaks, pool and hot tub. There were bikes and we rented more bikes, and rode to the beach and park at the end of the block which was great. Publix and Winn Dixie are at the other end of the road so it wasn't necessary to travel far to get what we needed and have fun. Nice and clean house, well-kept, had a nicely stocked kitchen and the property manager Liz was real nice and answered all our questions promptly. Would

Called to book for a few months, I have never spoken to such an awful person, she repeated over and over how they are too high end and luxury and EXPENSIVE implying that we were beneath her and in no way could afford her rentals.
After letting her know assuming that we couldn’t afford it was rude. She then started texting and insulting me after I ended the call.
NEVER in my life has anyone ever been so rude and scary and creepy.

Fabulous property & location! Fabulous hosts as well! Liz & Capt. Bob were friendly & helpful with whatever we needed, which honestly wasn't too much because the property was LOADED with amenities. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor poolside kitchen & bar area!

Perfect vacation house, for for families with teens we had plenty of room to spread out! Liz and Bob pay attention to detail and are extremely responsive, wonderful hosts! We also rented the boat for the week which added flexibility for being out on the water, or around the pool! Lots of common area to spread out, and lots of activities for our teens right on site. Very convenient to the beach, we utilize the bikes and chairs. Perfect stay !

We stayed in this property with 3 other families for Spring Break & it was amazing! There was plenty of room to spread out & the walk to the beach was super short. The kids loved the pool table, foosball & air hockey. The kids & adults loved the pool, hot tub & boat. We spent a ton of time at the outdoor kitchen & loved having a kitchen on both floors. The owners were friendly & responsive. We highly recommend this home!

If you're looking for a place to relax with lots of friends or family, look no further. My husband and I had been looking for months for a house big enough for both of our immediate families to enjoy the week of our wedding. We couldn't have picked a better house. With three kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our families were able to relax and be together without being on top of each other. There is plenty of room to have your own space. Everything was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The photos of this property do not do it justice

We had a wonderful vacation with the family! The location is so central in the Keys. We loved the house and the world class beach decor. We had everything we could ever need from infant items to every item needed to cook or bake! The outdoor was so relaxing with an outdoor kitchen and a tiki hut! The pool was gorgeous and had all kinds of activities for kids and adults. We would love to move in! We will definately return in the future. I would recommend for large families even with young kids for reunions or vacations. They even have a beautiful boat available to rent for those who love to fish

What a wonderful vacation experience! After our original vacation rental was canceled on the day we were traveling to the Keys, I reached out to this rental with my fingers crossed. Liz went above and beyond to rescue our vacation by getting this house ready at the last minute. The house is very spacious with a great pool and canal access. It has every amenity you can think of. The house was well stocked with everything and there was plenty of outdoor toys for the pool and beach. We also rented the boat which was perfect for our party of 9. Captain Bob was very helpful! We will definitely stay
