VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOW with new management. Also wayyy Overpriced now. There’s a lot that doesn’t get done at this place. The breezeways do not get pressure washed, the landscaping is terrible, there’s no security… And if something needs to be fixed, it doesn’t get fixed it just gets bandaid over and over and over but never FIXED!

Helped move our youngest in to one of their apartments a few days ago. It's a fairly big apartment complex - nice and clean, with a swimming pool right across the parking lot!! Currently they're working on it, so no swimming at the present. Two ponds are also right next to her building, with a myriad of frogs, turtles, geese and I even saw a baby blue heron!! She seems very excited to be there and is now learning her way around a new city. People in Greensboro are also very friendly!! 😃

We were scheduled to view an apartment and no one showed up. The office was closed. We waited for 30 mins. When we called up the management and they said we have to wait 30 more minutes to view the apartment. They seems to have no respect for other people's time! We are already disappointing even before moving in.

It is quite and nicely maintained place. Swimming pool and tennis court are plus and they are well maintained as well. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Before couple of months, we had major maintenance issue and move out was the only option. However, Cathy and maintenance folks generously helped to make overnight transfer easier.

Lakes Edge and its management are truly spectacular. As a renter, sometimes it can feel like the organizations running apartment communities only care about money and turning over old units. This is not the case at Lakes Edge. Cathy and the rest of the office staff truly care about their residents and will advocate for you to have the best living situation possible. They do what has to be done to make Lakes Edge a great place to live, even when it is at cost to them. Maintenance is friendly, timely and the grounds/units themselves are well cared for. Kind neighbors and amenities like the pool and

Not the most modern apartment complex, but as a first-time apartment renter, lake's edge was a good choice and I've enjoyed my 2 years here. The complex is quiet and peaceful unlike the neighboring complexes. Pros: great and friendly staff, spacious layout, well maintained grounds and landscape, near I-40, quaker village and the neighborhood walmart (I love quaker village!)
Cons: poorly insulated (a concern especially during the winter time), pests. This was a problem when i first moved in, but the apt staff brought in weekly pest control, and the American beetles (roaches) were gone.
