Our brandies have been made out of wine imported from Chile and our own vineyard, whiskey is made from local grains, and the rum has been distilled from the finest molasses from the islands, aging and ready to be bottled very soon.

We showcase the best products in our pub distillery room and sell the finest brandy, whiskey, rum and spirits at our retail store.

We stopped by on a whim. It is a small winery. If you are looking for fancy sandwiches and a rock and glass dining terrace, keep going. We met two friendly hostesses, sampled a few wines and came home with 2 bottles, a nice dry one for home use (Finch) and a semi sweet for friends (Funky Fly). All in all a fun, serindipitous experience. They also sell wine slushes, which I will remember if we are passing and it is 90• +

This quaint little winery is full of charm. Don't expect the big fancy production winery. It's very homey and warm. The owner and employee were both very friendly. The wines were very good but on the medium to drier side. They do plan to bottle sweeter wines in a couple weeks to meet the requests of their guests. It's always nice to see an owner operator winery where they make you feel welcome and appreciated as a guest.

I had found a wine tasting on Groupon and decided to try it out. My boyfriend and I had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday. They have a nice property and delicious drinks. We are not much for wine but the slushes were amazing. We tested out different flavors while talking with the owners and enjoying the weather.

What a great find! We stopped in for a quick wine taste & wine slushy and ended up waiting out a big thunder storm, listening to great live music, and chatting with the incredibly gracious owners and staff. Rodney knows his grapes and they even made little snow cone for our young daughters! We'll definitely make this a regular stop every time we're back in Carbondale. Thanks Katy-Lynn for a wonderful afternoon!
