Went there a number of times, and though they did provide alternative thick walled tubes, they weren't the size specific for my tires. so in that they did help out.... somewhat. But I popped in real quick to ask if they had patch kits for flats, and the dude YElls at me "CAN'T YOU SEE I'M ON THE PHONE!?" Whoa, ease on up there bub, maybe he was having a bad day or the person on the phone was ticking him off, but he could have just signaled me with the hand and an index finger to wait, or whisper, i'll be right there. Nope a nice yell and a mean stare, needless to say i'm looking to buy a Motobecane

The guy in the shop was rlly nice lol my mom and I had just bought a stroller from online with flat tires and we didn't know how to fix it so we just went to this bike shop to ask if they could fix the tires and the guy there helped us and put air in the tires with no charge so yeah it was pretty nice of him, my mom had me get down at every gas station to try to put air in it lol

I recently bought a hiking stroller from online and I came to this shop because I myself had tried to put air in it at several different gas stations and it was not working. This man was such an honest man because I thought I needed new tires and he aired up my tires and it works perfectly. I'm so happy that he was able to do this for me and even at no cost, it made such a huge difference in my day. Come here if you want to work with someone honest! Thank you so much!

I had brought my bike in before and had great service, they looked at my bike and fixed it immediately with minimal charge. Very pleased. Brought it back today and met Ryan the owner. He took my bike and fixed it in less than 5 minutes and then refused to charge me. I will be going back for sure!

I was out for a ride and discovered I had a slow leak. I didn't want to have to walk the 4 miles to get home so I took a chance on the nearest bike shop. North Valley Bicycles was not only able to fix me up to get home, but they allowed me to settle up after I rode home, got my wallet and drove back. Ryan, the Manager, was super helpful and provided the kind of customer service that will have me returning for all of my cycling needs from now on.

Took bike in for stripped pedal. Instead of turning me down they tried numerous ways to get it fixed and make me happy. They ended up going above and beyond in customer service and would highly recommend to anyone wanting top notch customer service which is hard to find these days!

This store is amazing! We bought a beach cruiser from them and they were super helpful from start to finish. They made sure everything was adjusted to be good fit for us, and then they helped us get the bike rack we purchased onto our car. They seriously went above and beyond and made sure we were 100% confident with the bike and the rack before we left. Highly recommend them for anything bike related- great service and awesome products! Love my new bike!
