It's a mediocre place to live. Since my wife and I moved there in May, our utilities have been cut off at least 20 times for "maintenance". They will enter your apartment at least twice monthly with little or no notice at all. The utility cut offs happen with less than 24 hours notice. So be mindful if you don't like your privacy invaded on at least a biweekly basis. Managers change like underwear also.

Northshore Flats was by far the best place we could have chosen to apply to. The property manager was so helpful! She always made sure I had updates on our application and she would answer any questions in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to continuing to the moving process and staying in such a nice place!

I can’t recommend moving here unless you enjoy your utilities frequently being cut off with short or no notice. The apartment is average on its own; the windows and floors leak when it rains, the bathtub will peel over time, but otherwise it’s a normal apartment. However, the number of times (likely more than twenty over my two years here) that I’ve woken up to no water or no electricity with fewer than 12 hours of notice is unacceptable at this price point. I know that this lack of notice is optional because for a brief period it was resolved. The management here shuffles around constantly

I moved my family in this past weekend and so far this has been the best experience! We were given the ability to walk/tour the apartment before lease signing to verify maintenance was completed. The grounds are kept and maintained very well! It’s a quiet, and respectful place. Landlord has been more than happy to communicate with me, and has been more than prompt on everything! Sincerely glad we made the decision to move in!

I just moved into this complex at the end of this May and it has been nothing but great. Any issue I have had has been addressed promptly, my townhome was clean and easy to move into, and the property itself is kept up nicely. The new manager, Ashley, has been absolutely amazing with helping me with anything I’ve needed and getting things resolved quickly. She is a joy to talk to and very friendly. On the day they opened the pool she personally supplied a great welcoming of drinks and snacks. Overall I’m super happy to be living here compared to the many places i’ve lived previously, the

I would not recommend this complex if you plan on staying a long period of time. I know everyone’s experiences are different, but I lived here for 3+ years and I never got anything I was promised and if they did do what they said they would, it was like pulling teeth to do so. Last winter I went two months with no heat in the dead middle of winter after contacting the office and being told they would take care of it. When my dishwasher stopped working I was told they would come out and replace it and that never happened. The management staff changed about three or four times within those three

I moved in back in June and I love it here! For me it's been a great place to live; my apartment is remodeled and has all new appliances, I love the laminate flooring and new carpet. I also love the layout of the apartment. I have also had great experiences with maintenance, I've only had to call on them twice but they were always prompt and friendly and got things done in a timely fashion. I love the property manager, she is always friendly and helpful for me. I feel safe here and think I have good neighbors. For me it's a been a great place to live and I would recommend it to anyone searching
