Services
We love Big Bear Lake and we strive to make your stay the best ever. All our places have been completely renovated and beautifully remodeled and have all the amenities one could ask for. We have stayed at many wonderful homes through the years and we have worked hard to make our homes someplace we would want to stay at and return to.
There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee if the spa has to be drained. No beverages except water in or near the hot tub. If you spill beer, soda, etc. in the hot tub, it requires draining and cleaning the hot tub and *will* result in a $100.00 cleaning fee. FIREPLACE SCREENS: Fireplace screens and doors should be closed at all times to prevent embers from coming out.
2. What is the weather like? WINTER weather in the Southern California Mountains can be extreme. The snowfall can be breathtaking and a source of great fun but snowstorms and icy roads can lead to challenging driving conditions. SUMMER weather is normally beautiful. The average high is 82 and the low is 50 degrees.
There are three routes to choose from when traveling to the Big Bear area. We recommend that you select your route in advance and check the current road and weather conditions. Remember to always carry chains in your vehicle when traveling in the mountains during the winter. It's the law. Hwy 18 through Lucerne Valley gets less snowfall during storms and has the least amount of mountain driving and is also typically less congested.
