The property's name derives from one of Bari's favorite childhood places, The Balboa Funzone, located near Newport Beach, CA. Since The Summit Funzone is a duplex, Bari gave each unit its own theme that reflect her love of sports and a 90s era kind of fun! The lower unit is The Gridiron and has a modern, industrial sports feel including things like a high-end air hockey table and unique Edison bulb light fixtures.
Having played College Basketball and finished an IRONMAN 140.6, Bari loves both playing and watching sports which means at The Summit Funzone, you will always have the whole NFL package to enjoy and many other premium sports add-ons! Other unique art pieces include the industrial pipe themed barn door that Bari built for the master bedroom.

The Gridiron is the lower unit of the Summit Funzone duplex. It is walking distance to Snow Summit! The Gridiron is a 3bed/2bath vacation rental and is a brand new property with beautiful flooring, an upgraded kitchen and lots of fun amenities. The kitchen features stainless steal appliances and upgraded kitchen utensils.

Love coming to this fun, clean, close to everything family house! We walked daily up to the Summit ski resort. It was SO close, less than a 2min walk and we enjoyed watching the bikers come down the hill. Our little grandson had the best time on the bike track and trampoline at the ski resort. Lots of fun summer activities up there and a great bar for the adults! Cooking in was awesome as we sat in the beautiful back yard and barbecued, had cocktails and listened to the trees. Loved the big TV, comfy chairs, massage chair and PAC man:). Great extra large washer and dryer on both floors was a

The Summit Funzone is a beautiful duplex property less than 100yards from the entrance to Snow Summit. The units are themed, The Arcade and The Gridiron. Lots of fun things in both units! 412 game PacMan, air hockey table, huge fenced backyard for building snowman or playing outside with yard games. There are two WEBER bbqs, one on the lower back deck and one on the upper balcony deck. The lower unit is wheelchair accessible. This property is designed for fun, fun, fun!
