Loved this place, highly recommended! Went away for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Big place, cozy feeling, plenty of room, great amenities (we didn’t even have enough time to play in the games room!), fab location. Plenty of bedrooms and places to spread out, but also great ways to come together. Hot tub, mini golf course, living room, and of course the kitchen! Great properties and fabulous management!!!

We had an awesome trip to Big Bear! Village Reservation Services was so helpful and accommodating. They were so easy to work with. And the Big Bear Splash house was amazing! With an indoor pool, putting green, play ground, hot tub and game room - there was more than enough to keep everyone entertained. The perfect place to relax!

Had a wonderful getaway at Big Bear a couple of weeks ago. The house had so many activities you didn't need a TV which we watched once. We joked how we could have left the kids and they would have entertained themselves. Pool, foosball, ping ping, and the pool is indoors...WOW! jacuzzi, putting green, basketball. Our kids had a great time at this clean (very important to me) and cozy house. Lots of space to fit a few families! Near the lake and near town. The game room is at one end of the house so even when they wake up early, you can still sleep in. Our first time to visit BB during the summer

My girlfriends and I wanted to go on a little getaway for a couple days. We stayed at Bears Den and omg we loved it!. It was such an awesome home with everything we expected. It was so cozy. Our girls loved the bunk beds and the guys had fun playing pool upstairs in the family room. The house came with everything you could think of. All we brought was food. They had everything in the kitchen and we even did some baking. We spent most of our evenings on the deck and just relaxed in the hot tub. Enjoying our drinks and fresh air. The sky was so beautiful at night. For something like this we expected

A few months ago we stayed two nights with our two kids (age 3 and 6.) The home is extremely spacious, with great sized bedrooms and very comfortable common areas. The backyard is HUGE, completely fenced in, and has a great play structure. Our kids could easily occupy themselves for a long time without me worrying... which was so relaxing. They also absolutely loved sitting in the living room and watching the wood stove fire-which produces an incredible amount of heat. Another favorite was taking a bath with a full view of the snow covered backyard. One of the days we went tubing at Big Bear Snow
