Meadow Ridge Apartments

I've lived at Meadow Ridge since 7/1/2020. The new management has been really great and very professional. Patricia, Kayla and Ashley have been very helpful and fun to talk to. Ozzy the maintenance manager is awesome, salt of the earth guy and keeps the property clean. All in all its a pretty quiet place to live and i have been pretty comfortable in my time here. I would recommend Meadow Ridge as a nice place to live for anyone. Bridge properties is doing a great job and i appreciate that...

When we first moved in we had amazing management until there's been this new management less the a month and a half ago, they've changed parking rules and now you have to worry bout sticker the office workers put on your car so there staff can hog parking, also new management does give off a racist vibe oh yea there's a Karen in the office plus new management looks like ex cons so doesn't make you or your family feel safe, can't wait till lease it up! That's how bad this new management is horrible cause they don't care about there residents. Also don't have

I love this community! It's quiet, and clean. The Property Manager Patricia and her staff have been awesome since their first day at the Management office. They've assisted me with COVID resources and was very positive and consistent on helping me help myself! I don't know what I would have done without them at a time like this! Keep up the good work!

Nice studio apartment and Kayla is extremely helpful. I'm just starting to get to know the neighbors but there is a high presence of weed. Neighbors are very friendly.

Property manager Tricia was amazing & was very helpful, truly was impressed how professional the staff was & my tour checking out the Meadows Ridge unit was amazing!! 5 stars!! I highly recommend this unit..

I would definitely recommend Meadow Ridge app.is a bit scary when it come to looking for a new place to call a home but .Cathy was able to answer all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable. Only if we had more people/staff like Cathy.i don't no if she was able to tell that I was excited but at the same time nervous but she gave me that good vibe n positive motivation I'm So satisfied!!

Went in to look at an apartment and we were greeted with a friendly smile which is rare these days. The apartments are spacious and have great amenities. The Manager Cathy was able to answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

Staff is amazing and felt welcome since I walked into the office day one. Very friendly Emily, Kim & Cathy are some awesome and go above and beyond to help their residents. Great experience. Dave,Jose and Mike are also awesome. Thanks for such a great experience.

I have live in this place for 6 years and the grounds are well kept. The grounds keeper is always having the place looking great. The Mgr. Cathy is very friendly and helpful with anything need. Cathy Response in a timely manner to any issues that I have had. Great place to live.

Lived here for a year i had the studio for 700 something i don't remember the exact price but the whole time i was there the ac was broken and it got worst during the summer the ac was completely broken and the maintenance couldn't do it so i had to wait for the professional people to come and took them couple days to fix. i decided to leave and for the security deposit? no i didn't get it back and also told me that i owe them 92$ like for what? i cleaned the apartment SPOTLESS!! and rented a vacuum from one depot to clean it but still told me that they have to clean it because of

Manager Jessie F. is extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment last week with her to view the "loft" style apartment. Showed up for my appointment to tour the apartment (on a Saturday) only to find out from another employee that the apartment I wanted to see was rented out two days ago and that Jessie (property manager) doesn't work weekends.... why schedule tour me if your not working that day... could have at least send out an email/phone call letting me know the apartment was rented instead of wasting my time... I was offered to see a different unit by the other employee

Meadow Ridge Apartments is the one place you DO NOT want to live.
It should be named ghetto-ridge. The manager is horrible. She could care less about your apartment issues. They shut your water off with no notice. No, I'm not kidding.
We personally have 4 issues that my apartment need help with but they won't help. If something needs to be done you have to do it yourself. That is sad, don't we pay for these services?
People work on their cars in carport area.
Just look elsewhere. This is NOT the place you want to live. I would advise any friend to keep looking.

I have searched for places around town and Meadow ridge apartments has definitely stand out! Their staff and management team were super kind, professional and made sure they answered to all of my concerns.

I just wanted to thank the helpful a d extremely professional, courteous staff at this facility, especially management, I found exactly was I was looking for, and they were so nice, made everything easy and simple, the property is very well maintained which was important to me, so happy to find this location, look forward to a long time here. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I have been a resident here for 3years and it has been declining since. First of all the crime over here has gotten so bad that once my lease is up I'm moving!!! There are bums all through the apartments at all hours of the night stealing people's belongings from the laundry room, cars, etc. I paid for a storage for my extra belongings which today I visited to find out that it was broken into and most of my valuables have been stolen!!! Lived here since April 2018. Never missed a payment or been late with rent with my girlfriend. Prior to me moving here, my girlfriend has lived here for 3 years due to the peace, quiet, and closeness to her job. Fast forward to today, Property management has been insensitive to slight lower rent requests and better safety protection after a gruesome homicide committed on the premises of Meadow Ridge Apartments last Sunday Sept. 15th without security guards on watch. No gates. No security cameras. Nothing. There are kids on site here. Shooters senselessly fired 7 shots at a young man in open space

Recently moved Into these apartments after being here for a month I wake up to a leak in my living room from the apartment below my furniture was ruin table couch floor even some important documents all water damage thanks to this leak I've spoke to the office and there's no manager available for me to speak to the girl that is currently working (Amanda) couldn't be more rude is she try it's almost impossible to speak to them there's no corporate number or information they can't provide you with I was told it would take up to a week for them to fix and instead of them

This is a worthless place! The management has lied to the point of violating the fair housing act! They have been telling people that their kids cannot go into the common areas to play because of Age! This is direct discrimination from HUD and the fair housing act. And the fact that they lie and say it's in the lease, well, how can it be in the lease if it's illegal to single people out for their age! They don't care if dogs are off the leash, as my dog has been approached by many dogs off leases! I can not complain enough! Now, since I have complained they want to change my lease

I'm a resident here and have had nothing but hidden fees and costs since. They'll tell you your payment is processed and that you can leave, then wait until after a 100$ late fee is assessed to tell you that they do not accept checks lol. This place is a scam. Customer service is not existent once they have you in a lease. The apartments smell like smoke, dirty and roaches dead under the sinks and cupboards. STAY AWAY! Don't say no one warned you.

They still allow anyone to park in designated handicapped spots! They do not tow them, or warn them, or anything, they simply take away parking for a disabled person like myself. This is now a problem as anyone parks there without worry! Once again, the staff doesn't care about anything!

So first and foremost, this is a really ghetto area. I assume they are pretty cheap, but if you can afford it, i'd get out of this area. I went to the complex, but decided to walk around the complex first and saw some types of people I don't think i'd like to be living next to. After walking the complex for a few moments I left without bothering to get pricing.
