I have lived at Ruskin Place for several years and really enjoy it a lot. any time anything needs attended to the maint staff is always fast and reliable! the property is continuously being beautified and upgraded . It's an attractive and well-maintained place to live! The girls in the office are friendly, knowledgeable, and work hard to make this a place to be proud of. Plus, I have some of the best and friendliest neighbors anyone could ask for. I highly recommend Ruskin Place as a beautiful place to live!!!

This has been my third time leading from Ruskin Place Apartments and this time is even better! I like Ruskin due to the fact that it’s on a convenient part of town being just a skip away from HWY 77, shopping areas, and downtown. Another big plus is their dog policies. Having a 95 lbs Siberian Husky/ German Shepherd makes the apartment hunt very difficult in Lincoln but Ruskin ALLOWS my dog! There is plenty of walking space and the dog park is very convenient!
With my recent move in I opted for an updated floor plan and I love it even more. The gym has been redone and now there are grills as

The office is accommodating and met our needs with a smile. We have two large dogs and the office welcomed them in with open arms. The community has an awesome dog park next to a trail for them to get all their exercise and our family to meet new friends. It’s great!

I lived at Ruskin Place Apartments for 3 years. The best part about living there was the staff, management, maintenance, prompt snow removal, and groundskeeping. For being a dog-friendly property, everything was very clean and well maintained. In the last few months of my lease, there were several property updates as well (updated security, community fire pit, updated dog park, building renovations, new landscaping, and newly paved walking trail that goes a full loop around the entire property, etc.). If a tenant has a concern and/or repair, the Ruskin team handles it promptly. All repairs were

They are obviously doing something right. If you drive around the property, while it's been there a while, you can tell they care about the place and how it looks. Also, they seem to be keeping the same staff. That speaks volumes. Good job!

They told me.... That they would never rent to me because I had a half breed pit bull and it was vicious and would attack people.... I said... My dog hasn't even attacked a squirrel
