Turnberry Place Apartments

Great place to live! Awesome amenities and very pet friendly! Perfect place for those who have big dogs. They don’t discriminate against your dogs breed/weight!

Manager was rude, wouldn't call back talked in circles, hung up twice, refused to give me the actual corporate telephone number and acted like she owned the place! I was told I would get a call this morning, didn't happen. Wife called them around noon and was told she would get a call back in 40 minutes didn't happen. A room that is available isn't ready to move in according to the manager and the websites information is wrong

If you love having your power going out every other week for no apparent reason then it’s a wonderful place to live. Have lived here for multiple years and there are constant power outages, at least once a month but several months where there are multiple outages for hours at a time. Management seems to never address the issue or acknowledge it ever happens.

This is a little nook inside of Baton Rouge. When you sit on your balcony, you can’t hear the chaos of Baton Rouge (except for 5:00 traffic). It is very pet friendly - no breed restrictions! Very affordable and worth your time to check it out!

Worst experience ever and worst management. They scam you on your deposit when you leave. This place never did a final walkout with me when I left then sent me a bill for a thousand dollars for carpet replacement two months after I left. I had paid them 200 to clean the carpets so I wouldn’t have to. They also wouldn’t accept a payment plan when I just wanted to pay to get them off my back even though they were in the wrong. They then turned the debt in to a credit collector who was impossible reach. Got a lawyer and got it removed but just save yourself the trouble and stay away. Management

I have enjoyed living at Turnberry Place. Its quiet and well kept. Everyone I've come in contact with has been amazing. It's a wonderful place to live. Moving in was so simple and easy, all my information regarding my lease was easy to comprehend. Maintenance has been helpful in handling any issues I've had. The front office has been very helpful if I had any questions after moving in. This is all around a great place to live.

Fairly nice apartment complex with good amenities. We left because the price was a little too high for what you got (~1300 for 2 bedroom, 2 bath). Also, management starting snooping around to find problems with how your apartment looked (patio, blinds, pets, etc.).

Turnberry Place Apartments is the most pleasant place that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The office staff goes overboard to make everyone feel welcome and are very accommodating in every way possible. The maintenance staff is very prompt and are available 24 hours a day for emergencies. The facilities are top notch with a top tier pool and a fitness center that takes a back seat to no one. I highly recommend these apartment homes and encourage anyone looking for a new place to live to give them a chance.

Turnberry Place is a dream. I’m so happy living here! The property is beautiful and well taken care of, and it’s tucked away in such a quiet, peaceful area, while still being close to many restaurants and stores. My cats love how much room they have to run around in our 2-bedroom apartment, and the property is so pet friendly!

I love living at Turnberry! Self Managed and 24 Maintenance. The pool is newly renovated so I feel like I am at a resort. I never hear my neighbors and my favorite part is that they love dogs, no matter the breed or size! I highly recommend checking out Turnberry place. It's a great location and at a lower cost than other area communities.
