Colonial Gardens

Colonial gardens is absolutely an amazing place! I’ll be moving into my apartment in just a week or so and I can’t express enough how excited I am and how Miss Amy (property manager) has helped and made the process so easy!! I’m recently a widowed mother and she literally has been patient and took the time to help me with everything!! She has wonderful customer service, makes you feel like family! She’s very organized and professional, which makes me very confident in her. The lot itself is beautiful, very clean and kept up with. Playground is adorable and my littles can’t wait to go

I just recently moved into Colonial Gardens and my experience has been extraordinary! Amy the property manager has given me the best experience ever, she goes above and beyond what any property manager should do. When she tells you she will do something you best believe she will do everything in her power to get it done!! I highly recommend this place!!

Amy is the best manager ever!!! love living here and have even referred friends. grounds well are kept, and she makes sure any maintenance issues are fixed very promptly

I feel compelled to express my gratitude towards a wonderful landlord here at Colonial Gardens in Georgetown KY. She is always at our disposal no matter what time of day or even the weekends. She treats her residents more like family and tries her best to oblige everyone's needs. I'd give her 10 STARS if I could. Shout out to Amy, you've been MAGNIFICENT!!

Amy has been a pure pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She is kind, helpful and genuinely cares about making sure I'm comfortable and have all the info I need to secure an apartment. I can't wait to be a part of this community!

Amy is by far the best apartment manager/Land lord I've ever had to deal with. She is always willing to do what she can to help her renters, she has definitely helped me out tremendously. My kids and I love our apartment. Thank you Amy for everything you have done!!
