As you walk into one of our Aspen apartments, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan with luxury vinyl tile flooring and 9-foot ceilings. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, while the living room provides a great place to relax with easy access to the patio or balcony. Plush carpets in the bedroom and a separate laundry closet in the bathroom make for comfortable, convenient living.
The stunning Acacia floor plan comes complete with a spacious living room with easy access to the patio or balcony and a full kitchen with GE appliances and a pantry. A laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

Somewhat decent place to live if you don’t mind loud neighbors and an unsafe neighborhood. Not the best place for kids unless you are on the first floor where no one can hear their footsteps. This used to be a nice complex but recently I have noticed that there are unknown people strolling the Parking lot looking for unlocked cars in the middle of the night (oh and there are no cameras so the police will have no leads when your stuff is stolen). Expect loud music in the parking lot and sketchy people around. Be sure to lock your door every night since you may hear gunshots a few times. Also,

Incredibly friendly and welcoming office staff. They always plan fun, festive events for the apartment complex and genuinely care about their tenants. DuVoe has been exceptionally helpful during our stay here and is always energetic, affable, and professional. Love living here and we renewed our lease because we love it so much.

Lived here for over a year. They raised rent without improving anything to make the rent worth it. Then will nickel and dime you on move out. We cleaned and had carpets deep cleaned. Was told it was the cleanest apartment on move out and no charges should be applied. Two weeks later we received a 600.00 bill. That is after our security deposit was taken out. We had pictures of the apartment upon move out and nothing above the normal few nails to hang pictures. We also paid a 250.00 pet deposit for our animal and they will not use that towards anything. They collet that 250 just because. Plenty

The team at Ashton Park Apartments is always so pleasant to deal with! I have nothing but great things to say about Rhonda and Sharon.They truly make you feel special when you're in the clubhouse picking up a package or just going to the gym.The Clubhouse and Gym is always clean and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to respond and really helpful. They always have something special for each resident during the holidays.

Sharon the owner and Rhonda the manager run the office and they are both friendly and want to make this place feel like home. They're super helpful. Maintenance has been quick, kind, and always within 24hrs. The community is friendly and it has a nice double dog park for our pup. Best apartment complex in Lexington imo.

I had applied to live here almost a year ago. I kept seeing advertisements and it looked like a really beautiful place! I waited over a week for a response to my questions and application, had none of my calls returned, and had finally decided to go speak to them in person (mind you, this was pre-COVID). As I was walking to the leasing office, a leasing agent (I assume) walked out and asked for my name. I told her, and she grimaced and said, “I was just about to send you an email (convenient timing!)...I don’t want you to waste your time. Your application was denied.”

I have loved living here. The amenities are nice and the staff has been whole heartedly supportive throughout our tenancy. All repairs are handled in a timely manner. And when we have complaints or concerns they listen and try and resolve it as soon as possible. This place truly is a community and I could not recommend more. The only complaint I have is sometimes the walls/ceilings are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours at timesy

I have lived here for seven months. Let me start off by saying the apartments have a home feel to them. Very nice and quiet. Great area!!!!! Sharon and Rhonda are amazing and definitely go out of their way to help you anyway they can. If you are looking for a great community and place to call home look no further.

She has been nothing short of amazing! Finding a new apartment and a place to call home is hard enough and she made my hunt easy!

To reply back to the owner...I'm glad she has been nice to the other 100s of people that call. Just know she wasn't pleasant to speak to on the day I called, but go ahead and take up for your rude employee. I will not be calling because I'm no longer interested in your apartments. By the the way I have no reason to lie about an employee being rude.
