Founded in Venice, California in 2007, we see bicycles as a practical solution to some big problems. They improve our health and wellbeing, reduce carbon emissions, and make our communities and neighborhoods more livable and more connected.

Services
The Venice showroom has made its home on Lincoln Blvd since the summer of 2017. Now with a larger indoor floor place perfect for checking out all our various new bike models and accessories. We also have a full service work area dedicated to building, accessorizing and maintaining Linus bikes new and old.
A Pre-Order refers to an item that is either new and not yet released or an item that is currently out of stock and will be back in stock at a future date. Linus offers you the option to purchase an item that is listed on the website as a pre-order which will ship once it becomes available. Pre-order ship dates are estimates based on expected restock dates.

Purchased my black roadster years ago and it's been the best bike I've ever owned. Then recently, after a long move to the East Coast, my bike got scuffed up pretty bad. I reached out randomly online to see about getting the color so I could hunt down some touch-up paint. Nate at Linus wrote back asking for my address so he could ship me some of their own touch-up paint. Which he did like the next day. The paint was perfect and the Bike looks amazing. Buy a Linus bike. Trust me.

Worst customer service experience ever!!!
I ordered a bike from them. At the time of placing the order, they told us that bike will be available a few months later due to pandemic. That is ok and clear.
However, they did charge us upfront. We were a bit surprised, but let it go. As the time passed, the the delivery date kept pushing. Once around 5 months had passed, we asked them to cancel our order. Since then, we stopped hearing back from their customer service. At the time of posting, we have called them over a dozen time over two weeks and send a similar number of emails. But haven't

Not a big review guy but I have to give praise where it's due. First of all, I don't even have a Linus bike but for some reason I still wanted to stop by and see if they could help put a rear rack and one of their baskets on it. The first guy I met, Richie (Ritchie?) was the man. He let me know that their parts and accessories are typically made just for Linus bikes but he'll see what he could do. Theirs didn't fit but he was so nice and gave me a bunch of tips so I went to get a rack somewhere else but came back to get a crate from him at Linus.

I walked into Linus Bike at the height of the Corona Virus when bikes were booked back until October and I found a bike that someone decided was the wrong size for them and it was perfect for me!
I love this place! They let you test drive and are unbelievably helpful.

Bought my wife's bike and helmet here just when the quarantine started. I chose Linus because of the positive reviews they received from customers and critics. We were looking for a vintage style bike(s) that was of solid value for its craftsmanship. They did not disappoint. Linus not only makes a stylish, durable and dependable bicycle, but they also take amazing care of their customers. I walked in today unaware of the time because they weren't open yet. I've been wanting to buy a Linus bike for about 5 years.
Today my dream came true.
First my girlfriend and I visited the store about a month ago to see what color/style we wanted. Jacob and Aaron showed us different models and let us take them for a quick ride. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they sell.
My girlfriend liked the Dutchi but didn't like the shape of the handle bar. I liked the Roadster sport but didn't like the height of the handle bar. They were able to accomodate our needs and customize our bikes while retaining the factory look of

I HIGHLY recommend Linus. I bought my first new bike in decades eight years ago. I spent months researching the best bike for me, knowing exactly what I wanted, but not even sure if what I wanted existed; Linus came up over and over again. So I bought my first Linus, the "Roadster 8." I road that bike, almost every day, and loved it. Last November, it was stolen. Because eight years had passed, I researched newer models from other brands. LOTS of newer models. There STILL was nothing that matched Linus in quality, style or customer service. My gift for Christmas was to select a bicycle of my choosing, so I researched different brands and shops in the area. Of all the shops and bicycles I looked at (3 different shops) I was the most impressed with Linus. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable about the bikes and helped us select one that fit my needs. After the test ride I knew this was the one for me. Compared to the other test rides I did on other bicycles in other stores, this was the most comfortable in all aspects - from the real leather handles, to the comfortable seat and body position, and the step-through frame design

I had THE BEST experience at Linus Bike. A super kind gentleman by the name of Andrew helped me install a light on my bike and also on the crate I keep on the back. He went above and beyond what is required of him and adjusted things on the bike I didn't even know were loose. I got a Linus and I just love it. I recently moved to Santa Monica and wanted a bike to get around the neighborhood. The Linus Dutchi was the perfect blend of function, aesthetic, and local that I was looking for. Super super helpful staff and they were very patient with helping me pick out every detail. Can't wait for beach days, meeting up friends, and errands!! The store is tiny and charming right off of abbot Kinney. If you are in the market for a bike, I recommend checking them out.

I've wanted a Linus for YEARS!!! but haven't made the purchase, that is until yesterday! :) I am the proud new owner of my very own bicycle and I'm counting the days until I head back to Abbot Kinney to pick this beauty up and bring her home.
I called Saturday afternoon to see what they had in my size, Small. I'm petite and they don't usually have a lot of Small bikes so I was told they had one in Canary, while yellow is my fav color I knew I wanted a black bike. I planned to head over to try it out and then place my order after that.
