We are always happy to help! Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the rental center while conducting business in our office. Resident parking includes garage parking. You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit an application in person.

It's a decent apartment complex for the price - and I like the location. Maintenance is quick and the front office does their best to help if there is an issue.
But there are quite a few problems I wish I knew beforehand:
1) They lock you into absurdly high priced internet through Xfinity that (at least for me) is terrible. My internet has been down for MONTHS and they've been unable to get it resolved. This is a bit of a deal breaker given I work from home
2) The hot tub seems to be closed as often as it is open
3) The elevators are terribe - they break down all the time
I don't hate it here

Decided to check in on my old apartment and discovered that they are now charging $1600 for a studio, with the fees on top? Alright, haha. I guess there’s people out there willing to pay that! Glad to hear that people like the new management better. The new management kept my security deposit “because covid” without letting residents know that this was to be their new policy but 🤷♀️ meh

This apartment complex has been very accommodating. Maintenance is always fairly on point and quick. The staff are very nice. And the amenities are fantastic for the price. I think this complex is an amazing find and I feel pretty lucky to have gotten a place here because everything that comes with it and the quality is unbelievable for the price that is charged.

I lived at Element 31 for a year and a half. I have to say since they switched to Wasatch Management, my experience improved drastically. The management was responsive and very reasonable with residents' requests. Although the elevator was broken more times than it should have and the floor plans were not the smartest, I would say my experience living there was mostly positive. I enjoyed the gym, the grill and the hot tub. The only thing I was really frustrated about was the internet. I have been working from home since the beginning of the pandemic, and my colleagues could not stop telling me

I moved in to Element 31 in July 2020 and have really liked it here. I have seen reviews about this place that a lot of the issues must be from old management, I know the current team has only been here about 2 months. Since I have been here the new team has opened the gym and the pool that were previously closed. My Wifi works great and I have not had any problems since moving in! I don't know what the last review was talking about "community fees" because I have not had to pay anything that was not discussed about before move in, Maddie in the office has been helpful with any questions I have

Moved in nearly 3 weeks ago and I am already impressed by this place. . Not only is the apartment itself great, but the complex is very well maintained. The staff is amazing, and there is a good amount of amenities.
They also host a little community event each month, this month's being a get together in the clubhouse. They provided pizza and drinks and it was a fun time. A great way to get to meet the other residents of the complex.
I'll definitely be going to more in the future.

We just moved in three weeks ago and have loved our apartment experience so far. Martin and Collin were extremely helpful every step of the way while moving in and just so pleasant to work with. We immediately felt like we chose correctly after just a short time here. I love the gym downstairs and the jacuzzi year round has been great! This place is clean and modern, parking is secure and the whole building gives you a sense of security regarding safety concerns you might have from other apartment complexes. Great experience so far and I’d definitely recommend it to friends.

Element 31 has many many management flaws. The community is always dirty!! There was vomit from St. Patrick's day dried onto the hall way floor and walls for a full week before it was cleaned. There is always… dirt in the hall way and trash laying around in the parking garages. Also, the community is not safe. My car has been broken into twice and recently someone has been leaving bible propaganda flyers on people's windshields and door handles. This place is like living at a bad, noisy, dirty hotel! The most recent thing to occur is repeated events of the fire alarm sounding. This causes
