It's been wonderful so far. The application and entire move-in process was easy, and it's been just as nice living here as it looks on the website. Definitely worth the money, the rent is a great price for the location, amenities, and the apartments themselves. Only thing is walls are pretty thin, but that's too be expected in pretty much in any apartment.

I toured here two days ago and it was disgusting inside. The leasing agent apologized and said it hadn’t been cleaned yet and would be before move in, but there were spider webs in the doorway and dead bugs. The unit I was showed, the floors were completely warped and uneven. The window frames were buckled and uneven and breaking. The door to the balcony didn’t even shut all the way. You could see the black mold in the air vent by just looking. The worst part was that the ceiling, where it meets the wall, was cracked and sagging down multiple inches. Update: after the review, more problems occurred, with the noise issue still ongoing. one night the water tank upstairs broke and water was pouring down all morning with the hallway bedroom ceiling starting to leak from at least 5 different spots. the maintenance came the day off and fixed the issue upstairs, and dried the floor here. however, from the leakage created yellow marks on the ceiling and foul odor starting to come out. the new property manager Trish called me about the noise issue and told me that she can offer a different unit, i then proceed to let her know that unless we can

AT LEAST 10+ Cars get broken into a night (not a joke), residents trash the communal areas with beer cans and garbage, and neighbors play their music through subwoofers until 5am in the morning. I've lived here for 5 years and it keeps getting worse.
Maintenance has gone through my laundry and ruined my personal bath towels to fix a leaking toilet they knew about for 4 weeks. If you want this experience, live on campus for 1/2 the cost.

I have lived here for 2 years. Just signed for another year with my fiancé. They are more than accommodating for any issues we have. The employees are always friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel welcome - especially Justan! I work from home and am able to come to their clubhouse to work when I need a change of scenery. Highly recommend!

I love living in Grandview Apts - it is not the cheapest but you really get what you pay for with the amenities and service from the team in the office! The maintenance folks are really helpful, the community is friendly and we really do love living here. The one thing I wish is that they'd lock the gates and provide each resident with a key fob open it. Overall, we're really happy with where we live and are renewing our lease for the second time!

The bad: Crime is rampant throughout the apartment complex. My car alone has been broken into twice, a visiting friend of mine had her car broken into, our neighbor had 1k in instruments stolen from his car, and my other friend who lives here had her catalytic converter cut… out from under her car. When I asked them what they were going to do about the crime, they simply said don't keep anything valuable in your car, and "What do you expect the ghetto is right over the freeway." (So why are we paying Grandview Prices

I love living at Grandview apartments by albion! I am now signing my third lease here. Not only are the apartments perfect for us and our needs, but the prices for the quality and location are just unreal. What keeps me here however is the staff! I love Justan and working with him is always the best. When you meet him you feel like you've known him your whole life. I love all members of the leasing office but I do really enjoy working with Justan because he is so accomodating and his customer service is unmatched. Although I have not lived at these apartments yet, the apartment search experience alone has been wonderful. We worked with Justan Dazey, and he was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and really cared about getting us the best apartment available. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, and so are the amenities (especially the pool and clubhouse.) This complex is the perfect mix of quaint and fun. Great experience with Albion!

My sister and I have lived here for about two years now. They have always been helpful in fixing all of our maintenance issues. Great location. Two amazing pools and a great work out facility. Since the renovation there are new floors, cupboards and counter tops. The only down side is that the toilets and bathtubs were not re-done and are a little… stained and the furnace/AC can be really loud. The management is also amazing about organizing 2-3 fun events every month including yoga at the pool, donuts and mimosas, and pasta and wine night dinners! All things considered I think the pros

So far I've really enjoyed living at Grandview Apartments by Albion. Apartments are updated and I really like the kitchen in our unit. The workout room is definitely nicer than some I've seen at similar apartment complexes and its open 24 hours. Some of the maintenance requests we've had took a little longer to get taken care of than I would've liked but otherwise no issues. Overall a nice and convenient place to live!

We have been here since 2017 and it’ll be tough to leave this convenient location. They offer tons of specials and move in deals for current and future residents. It’s affordable for Grandview! It stays quiet but is still close to downtown. Gym, pool, and units are brand new and updated which we love. Def check this place out if you’re looking for affordable grandview living!

I love living at Grandview Apartments! All of the rooms, gym, pool, and leasing office were just recently renovated. The leasing office contains an amazing hangout space for its residents-equipped with tv, pool tables, lounge spaces, fridges, and more. They apartment offers monthly resident events- such as pool parties, breakfast spreads, Christmas parties, yoga classes, dog parties, literally anything you can think of and they are open to suggestions. It's a really cute and fun way to get involved and meet people.

When apartment searching my roommate and I wanted to find a close location to the highway and downtown, this apartment complex is perfect in regards to location. We also liked the look of the apartment and when touring everything seemed updated and OK to use.
However, we have had our share of problems with getting maintenance requests taken care of in a timely manner as well as moving in to the place covered in absolute dust. We have also found that the hot water only stays hot for a very short amount of time and the constant tries to get it fixed have barely helped.

My girlfriend and I moved to Columbus from California. Prior to moving, we were calling apartments all over the Columbus area. I must say this staff is amazing and very helpful. I have to mention Justin. Justin was the employee who helped us out with a tour via FaceTime, and when ever we had questions via email he responded in a timely manner. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy (dramatic but true). I wanted to give it 0 stars. My 12 months at Grandview Apartments by Albion can be described as a hilarious nightmare. These 12 months were filled with dozens of mice (dead and alive), uninhabitable temperatures in the winter, and rude service.
When we arrived in our "newly renovated" place it was dirty, there was rust in the toilet and showers, and there was a dead rat in our front yard. Immediately management told us that they would send a cleaning crew to fix it but it was clear the marked up

I really did try to like the apartment, and look at the bright side of things. However, in the end all I can say is I liked the location and that was it.
This complex cares nothing for the buildings or grounds. Take a walk around the place, and you will see crumbling exteriors and trash (predominately from their construction crews) littered everywhere. Additionally, a deposit that is approx 1/7th of the monthly rent should give an idea of how well they care for the place.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. If you are looking for a community full of immature, inconsiderate and unprofessional residents, this is the place for you. Completed maintenance requests are non-existent and emergency maintenance requests are not dealt with in a timely manner. The grounds are a mess. The amenities and overall experience are majorly lacking in comparison to the price. Spend your money somewhere else.
