You should include everyone who will be living in the apartment, including those under the age of 18 and guarantors (if applicable). Everyone 18 and older will be listed as a leaseholder for your apartment. If you are the first person filling out the application, you will be prompted in Step 4 to invite, via email, all persons 18 and older to complete an individual application.

Horrible Management-
At the end of our lease we received an email asking if we would like renew. At the end of the email it stated that we could provide our 60 day notice by "simply replying to this email" and we did exactly that.
My wife received a phone call about a month later from one of the leasing agents. She asked they we fill out an official form to provide notice. Which we thought we did do to the wording of the previous email we received. The leasing agent assured us that if we turned in the form, we would not be subject to any charges. We turn in the form within 24 hours

I have lived at Bexley River Walk Apartment for nearly 4 yrs when it was opened and signed the lease sight unseen. Each year upon my lease renewal it has been an incredibly efficient experience with wonderful Michelle Cox. Michelle is the remaining member of past management to where history of my tenancy has been maintained and so there is no need for re-introductions when calling the office for administrative or maintenance purpose. Michelle is an excellent representation of the Bexley name and trademark.

I have been here exactly 7 days and all i can say is this is the most lovely property i have ever lived in. the community feel is more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. the grounds are really nice. the office staff is gracious and helpful and the maintenance people seem really willing to help. i have lived in another apartment that called itself "luxury", this place really is.

We had the most pleasant stay in our spaciously designed with large balcony, Angelina, at Riverwalk. Intending to stay at least for our 1 year lease, we had to move after 5 months and rightfully assume early termination expenses as per our lease agreement. Michelle and staff were incredibly and warmly personable from day one, any repair or maintenance was immediately proactive by professional and very friendly staff, our move out was so pleasant and we were doubly surprised by more refund than we'd anticipated. Absolutely horrible. Do not live here.
The management at this location is atrocious. We tried to make several noise complaints during our time here. Although there is an on-site community attendant, that only solved our noise issues for a few hours, until the noise of more screaming children continued for days and hours at a time.
This location is… by a preschool as well. It is loud during the day so not recommended for those who work at home.
On top of this, our apartment approved a tenant next door to us who had two dogs who constantly barked during our working hours. We tried going through

I have lived here for 2-1/2 years and love it. This is a new developing area. The property management is very polite and always responds immediately to any questions or concerns. They keep everything clean and up to date. Cenon is the backbone here at Bexley River Walk and does everything by the policy. He truly cares about the tenants. The maintenance response team has always been thorough and very professional. The apartments are very sound and not able to hear anyone walking around above or talking through the walls.
