This is A Great Place To Live!😊 The Location is By Grocery Stores, Lewisville Rec Center, Parks, Walking Trails, Schools etc. Neighbors are Respectful and Friendly! The Apt Personnel is Exceptional! I stay here because of Ms.Benita, Hilda, Raven and ALL The Maintenance Crew- They go above and beyond! If I need maintenance-my request(s) are Promptly Attended to. The Entire TEAM here at Oak Tree Village Apts are Very Nice, Willing to Help, Care about The Residents and their Concerns! Thank you Ms. Benita and Apt Personnel for going above/beyond for Us! Grateful We have An AMAZING Apt TEAM!😊

One of the best places I’ve ever lived I love it here at Oak Tree Village Apartments Banita and the whole staff are wonderful people they will go over and beyond for the residence.They make sure that the property looks nice the people here are great if you have anything wrong inside your apartment they are right there on top of it the same day or not the next day if it’s an emergency they will make sure that your apartment is beautiful make sure that you and your family are doing well I recommend this place to anybody looking to find a wonderful place to live thank you Banita to you and your

I love it here. They maintenance guys are always helpful and amazing whenever I need work done. The manager is always helping her staff and they are all just wonderful. The one thing I love the most is they are pet friendly.

In search for an apartment for my sister, I visited numerous communities. On my last stop for the day I visited with Raven. Her great customer service and knowledge was greatly appreciated. She was informative and offered to tour us through a vacant floor plan. On the tour path the grounds were very well maintained. The apartment was clean and I couldn’t find anything specifically wrong with the apartment. Raven did a great presentation of the apartment and amenities the community had to offer.

This place was the worst place I ever lived in. All the Chin people were so disrespectful and obnoxious, and it seemed like every white person that lived there was either mentally unstable or a criminal. The apartment had a constant cockroach problem that seemed to affect every room and every building and some places including mine had a rat problem which the office did nothing about. The sink would always leak water from underneath which would stink up the entire apartment and it was never fixed by maintenance just temporarily dealt with. Great place to live, very calm and office people is always open to help you with any issue.
the only issue i might see is the parking, if we are late around 9 pm there is not parking closer to my apt.( if they work on assigned spots for residents, that will be great)

I've lived here 2 years and it's been great! The staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. The maintenance are wonderful people who care and fix everything in a timely manner. The property is very well maintained. The residents are friendly, courteous, and quiet. And you can't beat the location. It's just 2 miles or less from everything; 121, 35e, churches, Wal-Mart plus several local grocery stores, police station, library, schools across the street, high school up the road, fast food, auto stores, entertainment, convenience stores...You name it, it's right here. If you need to go further

Worse experience of my life two days before i was suppose to move, they call me to tell me that my apartment was not ready that the previous resident doesn't want to move out. I had already put My deposit and application 2 months before my moving day. then they call to tell theirs nothing they can do for me just give me my money back mean while I have no place to live. I if I could they place a 0 star I would! do not recommend to any one...
