Josh was early to our appointment. He was extremely thourough and professional. He saved us a nice chunk of money by noticing a crack in the ceiling that he said could be an indication of a water leak. It was, and the seller agreed to fix it. Our sellers initial response was to fix very little on the inspection report. We countered with approximately 90% of Josh’s report and they agreed to fix the issues on the second go around. He saved us a big headache. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do, I will definitely use Josh again!

Josh is very professional and easy to work with. He was on time, even early, to the inspection. Josh was very thorough in his inspection. There were things that we didn't even notice until he pointed them out. He explained each thing he noted, ie, why it needed to be fixed or the correct to do the repair. He found a major issue with the house we are buying and made sure to have it marked correctly so it was checked, and proper papers could be presented. I would recommend Josh to anyone who needs an inspector.

We hired this guy to do our home inspection for a house we were looking to buy. The report was not filled out properly at all. Several items were marked good, but were actually items that needed attention and were addressed later in the report. There are numerous things that should have been caught at inspection that we are now paying lots of unexpected $ for. We just moved in 2 days ago and both water heaters are shot and one air vent was corroded from a previous toilet overflow and smells horrible. The master bath smells like sewage and our water smells like rotten eggs. We were told by this

Josh was awesome! We weren’t sure what to expect since this was our first time buying a home. He showed up early and ready to go. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Any concerns or questions we had, he answered and made sure we understood. Very friendly as well. He had the report back to us the same day! Would definitely recommend without a doubt!

Joshua performed the home inspection as if he were buying the home for himself. We have bought several homes and by far Joshua's home inspection was superior to any home inspectors we have ever used. The home we were buying had previously been inspected, but Joshua found MANY items not found in previous inspection. We would definitely recommend him for your home inspection needs!

I don't know exactly how to rate an inspection, especially right after it happened, but there were several reasons why I think Josh was fantastic. He was highly competent and professional. He showed up on time, got right to work, and took his time with the inspection. Josh answered all of my questions, and helped make the severity of each issue clear immediately. Josh was well versed in his trade and he treated me with the kind of respect you used to expect as a paying customer. I would certainly recommend him, and will use him again if this deal doesn't work out.
