Have nothing but nice things to say about lighthouse. The employees that work there have been nothing but nice and helpful. Cullin and Grace specifically were extremely accommodating during my experience there. Great place to live and a great community to live in. Also the maintenance man Rodney is a very hard worker and does an amazing job.

I’ve been living here at lighthouse for over a year and I am thinking about renewing my lease because Rodney the maintenance man, he is super friendly and does his job better than any other maintenance man that lighthouse has hired. Exponential work on the behalf of lighthouse for a hiring such a high quality maintenance man!

Rodney has been very helpful this year. We have put in numerous work orders as our apartment was trashed by previous tenants. He has helped to fix and replace items that no longer worked. We are very thankful for Rodney's hard work, and we really appreciate all he does for us. At the beginning of our lease, we saw Rodney almost everyday for issues in our apartment. He always showed up with a smile on his face ready to help in any way he could!

I enjoy living here. The apartments are nice and are super close to campus. We’ve had a few problems with things breaking but the maintenance team has been really good about our request. Rodney was very quick to respond to our maintenance request and fixed our laundry door, blinds, and shower right after putting in the request. Great location to live if you are a college student!

The maintenance guys are absolutely AMAZING!! Anytime anything happens or breaks they are there quick. The apartments are big but small (if that makes sense). There is no storage at all. I love the workout room, pool tables, tanning bed, and movie theater. However, the pool and hot tub have NOT been open since we moved in. That is very frustrating. We have used the grill by the pool area and it was very nice. Overall, it’s a great place to live for college students.

I've had no issues with the staff here at all! They are all helpful and the clubhouse is nice! I'd like to give Grace at the front desk a shout-out as she has been super helpful and kind to me during my time living here. The property is clean and close to everything. I'd definitely say Grace is an asset to the team there. Overall I'd recommend this place for sure.
