I've only just moved in but my experience with the leasing office was professional, responsive and extremely helpful. On move day the apartment was spotless. It's a quiet area. An occasional high altitude jet going into or out of McCord, very little traffic noise and a pleasant sound on weekdays of bells and announcements from the nearby school. The grounds are very well kept and it seems my apartment was recently upgraded to have new carpet, new kitchen appliances and new floors in bath and kitchen.

We have been here for a month and we both adore our unit and the whole complex. My daughter have had the chance to utilize the gym, dance room and loves it! She will try the game room with some friends along with the other activities features when time allows. The neighborhood is great! very quite and peacefulness! The neighbors are nice as well. The management are professional! and they check on you to make sure everything is going well! NOW I LIKE THAT!! My negatives are, I'm just trying to complete our unit form the move which is coming along. I can't hardly wait to go back to my long walks

I just moved in a week ago and so far everything has been super smooth. Narda specifically has been really communicative and helpful with my long distance application and coordinating a move in time. Pretty quiet and feels safe to walk around at night. The apartment layout is really open and has a lot of functional space.
I’m hoping that the rest of my experience stays easy like it’s beginning!

I've lived here for 6 months and I've been pretty happy with the place. I have a 1bd with my 2 cats and it's been a good experience so far. Maintenance does a good job of keeping the place clean and they respond to service calls quickly.
The residents tend to be a mixed bag but mostly they are people with jobs and the units are fairly quiet, at least where I am. Finally, there's a pool and lots of amenities for the residents. You can tell that management is trying to keep the place nice.

We just renewed our lease and I wanted to wait to post my review until we did. I must say that my husband and I are enjoying our stay here. Where we live, it’s always so quiet and our neighbors are respectful. The locker rooms for the packages can be frustrating but we just try to get everything delivered to our front door. We had maintenance come in and fix some things that were normal wear and tear and they came within 2 days. They also work with our work schedules and coordinate times when they need to enter our apartment. The amenities are nice and it’s a great location. Every once in awhile

Would never recommend these apartments to anyone. The management is awful; they tell you one thing, but do another. They are not helpful in any way. They charged everyone for amenities fees for over a year when we couldn't even use them and the parking is a disaster. If I could give zero stars, I would

So living here was actually nice. However when I moved out they are attempting to make up charges I owe them and refuse to recontact me when I’m simply trying to ask why I need to pay for them to put new carpet in.
Update: 3rd time in a row I am either told the manager will contact me or I’ve set up an appointment to explain the charges. Each time no contact.

I got to live in North Point for a year and I truly enjoyed my time here, the beautiful landscaping and the awesome dog park! If I bumped into a maintenance problem they fixed it right away and were always to the rescue literally! The maintenance staff is a great team, and the new staff in the office is very nice and professional.
I always felt safe in my apartment and that was a big thing for me being new to the area. As I came closer to the end of my lease I reached out to the girls in the office and maintenance for tips and to ask what are expectations for the move out and I can say that helped

I have lived at Northpoint Apartments for almost 8 yrs and the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating. Maintenance is great as well and quick to get any repairs done. The grounds are very nicely maintained and they even shovel snow off of the walk ways when we do get it at times. Great place to live!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have had a good experience. Great location. Recently I moved to a new unit and the process was great. Within a week of my first call to ask about the process I was already in the new apartment. Housing office is flexible on moving out timeframes and making it convenient for me. Liz was great showing me the new apartments and the new Manager Jessica is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating, both by phone and email.

Saray is the assistant manager of Northpoint. She was the person who took me on my guided tour and the greatest person to talk to. If you have questions or problems, she is my go to. She’s knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. And honestly the customer service skills is the most important to me because I know that’s she’s really listening to me and it shows how much she truly cares for her residents. If it wasn’t for her, I probably wouldn’t have moved here. Being able to communicate with the people who manage the apt you live in is really important nowadays. I’ve lived

I wish I could give them ZERO star!! Zero is even too much for this place! We lived here for 3.5 months (had a 6 months contract). We put a 30 day notice (on the 15th) and they said we cannot move out in the middle of the month!!! So we left but kept the place empty for couple months and paid the rent and utilities since it was cheaper than breaking the lease!
Anyways, the water and garbage bill is crazy high (we paid about $140 or more which is way more than our bill in our new house we bought!
Even the electricity is fraud!! When our place was empty we still got a pretty high electricity

It wasn't a bad place to live. It was just getting expensive to stay. In the end We were paying $1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment (this was because we signed on for 6 more months and our rent was raised $50). Which was fine. But it is a lot to pay, but I mean the location was really great. Management was always helpful. When we had a few concerns they addressed them right then and there. Clean place. Respectful neighbors. A good apartment complex, I just wish it wasn't so expensive. But you get what you pay for. And we got a very nice home. Oh and they gave us most of our deposit back.

Terrible complex with a horrible review history both on Yelp and Google. This is their 3rd Yelp page. Everytime they get a certain amount of bad reviews, they start a new page and say the business has closed on the old page. This is the most recent prior Yelp page:

To be succinct, the negative aspects of this complex are - the utilities are about $500 a month which are vaguely outlined in the lease with confusing descriptions. I rented there for 1 year and literally only physically lived in the apartment for 1 month. They falsely accused me of having carpet damages and vinyl damages in the living room and kitchen (damages a pet would do when I didn't even have a pet), they took my entire security deposit of $400 and charged me almost an extra $1100.
