One of my family members lives here. I have been around the world, lived in several apartments and dealt with many management but what I’m hearing about the new management is beyond all I could imagine that would happen. I would not recommend living here if you want peace of mind and cooperative people to deal with they are very horrible

I will give two stars and those go to the maintenance team. The maintenance team was always fast and friendly. Now with management, communication is horrible. I lived here for 2 years and we went through 6 different property managers. They blame the poor communication on changing of managers so often. When you email management nobody response, unless you send multiple emails about the same issue. They rarely answer the phone and give no notice of when management is not going to be in the office for the day. My dog was attacked by another residents dog that was not on a leash. Sterling did nothing

I absolutely LOVE this place! The entire staff is great. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient. The office staff, Caitlyn and Josh, are so kind and have a variety of helpful information. The floor plans are so spacious. I lived in the Burgundy floor plan and I loved the size of my bedroom and bathroom. Very open layout that made the space look huge and I love the tall ceilings. The units themselves are made of very high quality materials. I rarely hear noise from the people above or below me. The price is great and these apartments are located right in Prairie Trail. There is a Serious problem with the Management team that run this place .
A week ago I was almost get attacked by a large size dog, which was unleashed. I reported this incident via Email to Jacob, but did not get any answer . 2 days later I went to office and talked with the agent (manager was in meeting call), and an hour later got email from Jacob saying, "I will get a mass email sent out to all residents as a reminder that dogs must be kept on leashes". I did not get that email. Today Saturday I saw the same Dog walking without leash with the Owner around the complex. I'm not sure, if the

I loved living at The Sterling. Great spacious apartments, nice pool, fire pit, and best of all secured buildings.
Josh, the property manager, was awesome to work with. He was always quick to respond to my emails, my questions etc.
I recommend The Sterling to anyone who is looking for a newer and modern apartment complex.

This Apartment is awesome! The pool area is really nice and fun to hangout and grill. The maintenance staff is friendly and fixed a small issue I had in literally minutes from placing the request. The folks in the office were very helpful during the move in process and made it a super easy process for my first move in!
