This place is awesome! I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say. I wish I didn’t have to leave soon. All of the staff members are very sweet, courteous and always helpful, starting from the property manager Christine to everyone else in that office. This place has a very high quality of life, plus some fun all year round with their almost daily engaging events. All around the best place to live in!

I've lived at Palm Bay Club Apartments for 10 months. I really the size of the apartment, I'm in a Bamboo floor plan. The ceilings a high and over-sized doors though out the apartment really gives you the feeling of an upscale place to live. All the amenities in the complex are very nice and well maintained as are the grounds. I only have complaints about the complex. First, there is no assigned parking. Yes, they do have apartments with garages, but if you want a one bedroom apartment you are out of luck. Now if you get an apartment towards the back of the complex, by the playground and dog park

One star because I can't give zero. After two years of paying my rent every month before it was due, even during COVID, Palm Bay Club tried to charge me every fee in the book when I wasn't able to renew my lease. It appears that they will do everything they can to take advantage of a lessee when they don't extend their lease. Shame on the management of Palm Bay Club. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They claim it's luxury but it's not. When you come for a tour the amenities and apartments look great but it's terrible. The floors are thin. Our neighbors above us ran, pounded on the floor screamed obscenities and yelled all night and into early morning. Management says they have quiet hours but they do nothing to help enforce it. They say they have an after hours courtesy officer to help but the officer will not assist unless it is a "party". When we tried communicating directly with our neighbor, management told us it was a violation of our lease. They told us they

The worst apartment complex I've lived in. It seems like this place should be great and I'm sure not everyone has been having the same trouble as I've had.
The pool is the one reason we picked this apartment and it's always dirty with beer cans leftover every morning and trash in the pool. I've found feces in the pool on more than one occasion.
The walls are thin, my upstairs neighbor has kids that run around at 1am and the complex can't do anything about it because it's not a "party". You can hear every footstep and the people upstairs are jumping

A wonderful and beautiful place to call home! It truly is luxury living with beautiful spacious floor plans. From a 1 bed room to a 3 bed with an attached garage! It has an amazing walk in style resort pool with other great amenities including a stand-up tanning bed! My husband and I are really grateful for being part of the Palm Bay Club. We recently purchased our first house and sadly had to leave our apartment but we can definitely say living here over a year and half was absolutely awesome. We never really had an issue with anyone here or any problems. We actually gained many good memories and enjoyed all the awesome amenities here. Especially my fur baby was so happy enjoying the dog pool and the park. We definitely recommend Palm Bay for a future home!

Moved from out of state to Palm Bay Club without knowing anything of the area (or Florida), the grounds were so pristine and the staff so nice when I visited that I decided to take the leap and move here. It's been amazing, I use the dog park almost everyday. The staff, especially Tyler and Melissa have been amazing, when I did need to put in a work order it was responded to so quickly and the maintenance crew is so friendly and knowledgeable. The large floor plan, screened lanai and how close we are to the beach and St Augustine make this place perfect for me. I've been here 3 months and have

We love living here! The amenities are awesome. The pool is clean, with cabanas, grill area, and cozy swings. The office staff is helpful, and friendly. We love showing off where we live to family, and friends. Parking lot is well lit, and safe with ample parking. Maintenance is spot on. They clean the hallways frequently, and you're informed of pressure washing so you can move your door mat. I love the wood flooring. Just love the tall ceilings. Noise from neighbors is not that noticeable, mostly just apartment type noise you can expect. I feel safe, and at home living here.

Love this property! The units are beautiful but the amenities are awesome! The huge pools with cabanas, chill areas, grills and the fire-pit gets plenty of use from us. You can count on the Property Management team to promptly handle anyone that abuses the amenities and/or makes the residents unhappy. As for the review from anyone complaining about the parking or being towed, here are some tips. This is an apartment complex and unless you have reserved parking, you will have to deal with what you get. Additionally, if you park in front of a garage that is not yours (emphasis on NOT YOUR GARAGE

I love this place! The staff is amazing! The units and all the amenities are beautiful. Such attention to detail. Friendly community. Everyone is happy to live here. And the parking has never ever been an issue. There are a ton of empty spaces every night. The staff goes above and beyond to communicate kindly and clearly and make this community a great place to live. And then there is just the super fun perks like Waffle Bar Saturday, Sundays on Sunday, and Thirsty Thursday's. There is something for everybody.
