I sought out assistance with finding an apartment last May and Caleb was my lovely representative who helped me in every way possible. The process was smooth and I ended up finding a wonderful one bedroom apartment within my price range and location that I asked for. Caleb was extremely polite and informative with every question I had and with details of each location we looked at.
No! Using our service cannot effect your rent in any way. The Fair Housing Act states clearly that rent must be the same for ALL applicants who meet the same standard qualifying requirements for the property. We can't get you a better price, but we do know about all the current specials and incentives.
This is my home! I started leasing with RentMonster in 2013 and have since then become a licensed real estate agent, manager, and partner in the company. I can't imagine working anywhere else! I really got a lot of help from them in a timely manner. I had a rush to find a place and they made it happen. Alex was very nice and knowledgeable, answered any questions I had. We had a lot of different needs and they helped fulfill them all, very helpful when moving from so far away, we had noone to contact in this city. Even when we kept things to the last minute Alex was very patient and worked it out with us. Very happy with the service

Alex was AMAZING! He was very professional, responded very quickly, and very knowledgeable about Birmingham. Alex was also very flexible about meeting times, and once we picked a place he expedited the process of getting us the information we needed to secure our apartment. He went as far as to call us after his scheduled work hours just to tell us we had been approved. I would recommend him and Rent Monster to anyone looking to move in the Birmingham area!

Alex was super amazing very responsive very professional and friendly. I left a voice-mail or called this company and immediately was able to have a consultation about what kind of place were looking for and the next day we got to see a place that we liked and was approved after we applied.

I recommend Rent Monster for anybody who’s getting their first apartment or anyone who wants another apartment quickly. I submitted my info online and then I got a text the next day.
Ashlyn was my leasing agent and she was AWESOME. She showed me around to places within my budget and gave me all the details about the application process with them. She was super accommodating for my schedule and she sent me pictures and videos of potential places to help me decide on what I want. She was super professional and very casual. I felt like one of my friends was helping me find my very first apartment
