I've have been living here for 7 months now . I have given a five star review 2 months ago because things were great. I placed a few work orders two weeks ago which have not been completed I did it before the holidays . Wasn't rushing anyone. first month I moved in I noticed a rotten smell coming from the dishwasher. water had piled up and leaked all over the kitchen spilling into the living room laundry room. They came and fixed it by drawing the waterout it happened again 2 months later . I never use the dishwasher. I wash dishes by hand and dry on countertop. I even shutoff circuit breaker for

White Rock Apartments are amazing and nice. The front office staff is GREAT. The leasing agent Hali F. Is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. She was able to provide great costumer service and answer any and all questions I had. I was able to get into a great apartment layout and at a very affordable price. One of the staff at the leasing office, Hailey, was so helpfully with some questions I had. She was so friendly and was very patient with me. Some of the questions I had were in depth and complicated but she was super quick to get me answers and guide me in the right direction.

This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes that I have lived in. The staff is very attentive, Hali especially; the entire maintenance team is polite, friendly, and very good at what they do, and the grounds and amenities provided are top notch. White Rock has incentives on a regular basis as well as planned activities for adults and kiddos alike. I would and have recommend White Rock to others for their own future home.

Anna took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. Bomb.com !!!!!! My apartment has Sass and class i love the design of my unit. I am in a 2 bed room 1 bath square footage is great. Maintenance is awsome any work or request are addressed promptly. Jerome is a sweetheart and very polite. George knows his stuff very professional. Leo always has a smile on his face love to see that when ever i leave my apartment or coming home . I would honestly rate these apartments 4 stars if it wasn’t for my my last experience with Anna, she was extremely rude, very unhelpful, and just seemed disgusted with her life and feels the need to take it out on others. She should not be a leasing agent and should be retrained in customer service since that is apart of her job.

Want to definitely make sure that when you move out that you are the one that follows up with them about move out date. Told the leasing office twice that me and two others were going to be moving out of the unit and they had acknowledged it and never mentioned that we had to sign a contract for us leaving. after moving out we were hit with a 2400 bill for the 60 days that we didn't tell them we were moving out.

I've lived here for over three years. Haven't had an apartment complex so responsive and caring. The girl's in the office are awesome. Brittany helped the when I signed my first lease and is my go to! Honestly, all of the employees that work there are the best. Maintenance team is stellar. Any issue I've had they've helped with no hesitation. Lived at a handful of apartments and it's been the best. Hopefully can find a place like this when I move to Dallas. Keep up the good work White Rock.

Finally moving out ! Tired of all these stupid warnings even because you breath ! Last week I received a letter just because an ice chest bar b que pit and a mop on my balcony when other people have way more junk. But it's like other people say. Since I live in the middle ! I get it for everyone! I will never recommend these apartments to any one. Haven't gotten a water bill since I've moved in. So we will see what kind of surprise I get with that bill !

That was a poor attempt of a reply from management. My family never touched the fire sprinkler. The owner and management at white rock are liars. I was not even home when the thing went off. Also again, poor installation. My neighbors harassed me and my family. I would walk barefoot to my restroom and I would get a noise complaint. But they don't care about that. My side of the things doesn't count to them, my word doesn't mean anything. If someone lives under you they can lie and make complaints about whatever they want and if you live above them you're automatically at fault

They are very quick to fix any issues or concerns you may have in the apartment.
The parking is rough, and if you don't have a sticker make sure to park outside the gate. You will get towed immediately after 9pm.
All the residents here are friendly and respectful. They keep it pretty quiet during the week. Weekends sometimes can get nosy from parties, but neighbors will turn down the music if asked.
There is an on sight security officer that helps manage noise and safety. So that is reassuring.
I have met some great people at the pool and playing

I really loved living here.. we had renewed and transferred into larger apartments a few times. The community was great until we had a leasing agent move in below us. At the time, I had a 2yr old and as many know... they step a little heavy. We got so many noise violations and we're threatened to be kicked out. I constantly carried my daughter. BUT.. no one EVER addressed the loud moaning and banging from below (the leasing agent apartment). It was awkward to bring to the managers attention. My toddler would wake up and ask what was going on.

Diana is the worst property manager her and Amanda totally took advantage of my girl friend who barley understands English. I give Amanda the deposit and app fee and accepted it, after they accept my girl friend (I was at home in Ohio) told her she could not back out because my girlfriend talked to people who said it was nasty. so she signed papers and she does not understand English as she is Asian and they lease her a two bed room apartment. the apartment is backed up two a bar and she cant get no sleep, huge stain on carpet and dish washer floods kitchen and no parking ever has to park outside
