An excellent place to live. The staff are always super nice and patient, and quick to respond to any problems or concerns. The area is also very safe and peaceful. Never had any worries about walking around alone at night. It's also conveniently located near a grocery store and multiple fast food restaurants, and two major highways, allowing me to get to places quickly without having to worry about getting stuck at a red light. Overall very satisfied and glad to live here.

Selena and Dustin made my move to Tulsa super easy. I was a rush move in early August 2020, minor things weren't ready (such as the kitchen sink) but that was all fixed before the week was up. AC went out one time in the middle of the night and was fixed super early the next morning. Overall, any problems I had were handled really quickly.

Do not recommend!!!
Every since day 1 of my year lease, my apartment has been falling apart. A/C has went out every other week. Even right now as I’m typing this my A/C has went out again. They never actually fix the problem just bandaid it until it goes out again in the next couple of days. My whole stove top and oven went out and stop working after my first couple of weeks living here. Not just that though, my door knob fell off within a a month of me living there. All the cabinets are off set. And they should’ve changed the carpet before I moved in but they were lazy and tried to shampoo

If only google would allow a 4.5 star-rating, I would certainly give that. Dustin - along with the rest of the Tower Crossing team - moved mountains in the early days of the pandemic to help get my elderly father into stable housing with lightning speed. Dustin worked with me directly to make sure all of the arrangements were pushed through rapidly so that my father could move in immediately, easing the concerns of a worried daughter stuck several states away. Because of our need for fast-paced move-in, there were a few upkeep and apartment turnover/housekeeping things that couldn't be seen to

They were decent apartments. The main problem I had while living there (2 years) was that they are frequently not open during their scheduled business hours. This caused problems particularly with getting packages. I had some experiences where the items I was expecting were time sensitive, such as a meal kit, and they were not there Friday as late as is posted and then also not there on Saturday as posted. This happened more than a few times. Also, sometimes they were good about texting if you had a package and sometimes you just didn't know and had to keep calling to ask if you're expecting something
