Chris is an amazing Agent! I've been with them for almost 30+ years and have not had a problem with them at all. Chris and her team has always been very professional, kind and attentive to my needs. Signing up with State Farm some 60 years ago was one of the best investments my husband and I ever made. Our agents, from the early years with Rich Methling to later and current years with Christine Hoskinson, had let us know and feel we were in good hands. The entire office staff were always very responsive to our requests, professional and knowledgeable in their manner of handling any questions we had. We have been working with our State Farm team in Chicago since we moved here from Los Angeles and could not be happier. The team could not be more responsive. The other day, we needed documentation for our mortgage company and our agent, Esteban Conde, responded to our email request within minutes with a personal phone call. What's more, the entire issue was resolved a few hours later. Although I never leave reviews, I felt I had to this time. Chris and her team have not only been true partners over the 7 years I have been with them but when I made the move to Michigan, they bent over backwards to help me with the transition and find a new agent here in my new town. I am currently insured with State Farm (Chris Hoskinson is my agent) and called in to get advice on getting insurance without a driver's license or a car for my brother. I knew it probably wouldn't be easy and I didn't know where to start. Even though State Farm could not be the ones to insure him, Dalia went out of her way to get me in contact with someone who could (a name, phone number and even what time they would be in that day). These are stressful and trying times right now, to put it lightly. We've all seen the auto-generated emails from every business that might have your info about what they are doing to help, blah, blah. My State Farm office, however, actually took the time to call me directly today offering every possible way they could help right now. Tom was an absolute, genuine pleasure to work with, and right now that is extremely hard to do in customer service. He gave me individualized time and helped me update my policy for more savings! He also gave me advice on some other ways I could save in regards

If there was a way I was able to give this agency zero stars I would! I was with State Farm for about 5 years and this office and it's "management staff" made me leave. There is no follow through in this office, and when I asked to speak to a manager Daliah got upset and was so rude! Daliah didn't care to apologize nor make things better seemed like she didn't care about the continued business I gave this agency. The issue was so simple to fix, yet they managed to screw up my payment arrangements. I brought over and referred 3 new policies to State Farm in the beginning

Getting insurance can be stressful from not knowing what plan to get to how costly it can be, I am glad I found this agency. My insurance rep Ana was kind, friendly and patient. She took her time to explain every single coverage and made suggestions. I appreciate all her help. State Farm as an insurance company is great but this agency not so much so, I've been with them over ten years and had to switch to Geico over the bad customer service I received, Dhalia wasn't able to answer my question and was loud and rude to me so if you still go to that agency avoid her as ur agent.

My husband was with Chris at State Farm so I switched. What a difference. The representatives in this office set the bar high. They are always professional and pleasant, thorough and complete. After having this insurance 10yrs they decide to drop me because I have to many claims wow didn't know that one claim is one to many after 10yrs of safe driving. The accident didn't even involve another vehicle I paid my deductible always paid on time. They said that they were going to help me out. Guess helping out a good customer isn't in their best interest I know that someone that had many accidents with them in a matter of one year yet they kept them on what sense does that make wow! Never again am I going to have State Farm bad service they gave me the run around many times

This office is one of the best in town!! Not only am I really happy with my insurance services, but I recently financed my car with State Farm Bank. The process was easy and painless. I've had State Farm through Chris Hoskinson's office for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone in the office is polite, professional and follows up quickly whenever I have an issue or change. I feel comfortable asking any questions necessary. They were also very helpful in the couple years when first, a rock flew up and cracked my windshield. This insurance sucks. Do not fall for it take my advice. Someone vandalize my vehicle 2 times not been my fault they refused to help me the 3rd time. Ended up paying the vandalism out of my pocket. I understand you having accidents 2 times will be to much, but when someone else does the damage to you, you should not have to be paying for it out of your pocket that is what car insurance should be for.
