Dr Kelly Green is fabulous. Her staff of 18 are all high performing professionals. I have a rare eye condition from a heart drug given to me 10 years ago. I was slowly going blind and was unable to drive. 30 days and 2 eye surgeries later I’m 20/20 in the left and 20/40 in the right. While nothing today can fix the permanent damage done by amiodarone, KG was able to fix what she could and give me my life back. I and my family are eternally grateful to her.

Went in for something iny eye. Dr. Green removed it and told me all was fine so igo to the counter to pay . I do not have eye insurance and I'm self employed so I told the lady I would be paying in full in cash . She gave me my total and paid the bill in full then couple months later get a bill in mail so I called to see why since I paid in full at time services were rendered and was told oh well we didn't charge u everything we needed to. Sorry not how this works and from looks on other reviews they make a habit of billing after u payed them . Now I gotta fight it on my credit.

I made appt here over a month ago,
& at that time asked for them to contact
my last Eye Dr located In Austin, for all my paperwork so Dr Green, would have it prior to my appt here, and could have all info pertaing to my eyes and be ready to treat me.One month later, made a call asked if they had gotten my prior paperwork,I was informed they had not called and requested it.It too 7 mins holding on phone while she found out.Not impressed
at all.I canceled my appt fot Sept,I will look for another eye Dr who is really interested in me and my eyes. The associate was like.....she could care less.

Everyone was friendly and competent. I just moved here and treatment for my double vision had began in Shreveport, La. The doctor and her assistant listened to me describe my diagnosis, treatment, and current symptoms, gave me a thorough examination and I feel very confident now that my vision will return to normal. Dr. Green made me feel special and not just another patient. Highly recommend!
Went in for follow up and left after waiting over 1.5 hours! Why can't they schedule!

My mother and I had 2 separate experiences in Dr. Green's office. One with her and another with a retina specialist that she recommended. Both times, our appt. time was 9 am. Both times, we had to wait over 2 hrs. The outside waiting room, as well as the multiple interior waiting rooms were full. The staff seemed extremely stressed and no one smiled or even seemed to care about the patients.
I can only surmise that she books patients every 5-10 minutes, as does Dr. Harper, a visiting specialist.
My mother was diagnosed with macular degeneration, a progressive disease with no cure. Dr. Green spent

Negative. The business manager has a promising future as a bridge troll.
What a rude piece of work she is......
It's pretty simple, we called, got an agreed price for the eye exam, showed up and paid for the exam after it was done.
Then we get a bill in the mail for an additional 70 bucks. "special eye exam"
Well....was it not special when we were in the office? Did the price go up once we left?
Your business manager has no business interacting with the public....she hung up on me twice and then screamed over the phone that she didn't have to explain herself when we asked to explain why the
