Pak Family Eye Care

The doctors are fantastic and are very thorough explaining about what is going on in your exam. Very clean office and super nice front office staff.

My partner and I came in and was greeted by wonderful staff! Very efficient. They sent us reminders and paperwork by email/text the day before and called to confirmed. Their office is clean and equipment looks new. I always hated the “puffer”machine that blows on you out of nowhere, but they have a different hand held device that provides minimal puffs. This eased my anxiety tremendously . Dr. Peter Pak is amazing and thorough in my assessment. We will definitely come back again and recommend others.

My husband and I had appointments scheduled. We arrived well ahead of appointment.
I scheduled 1/19/2021 for 2/5/2021.
Completed paperwork on-line. Received e-mail confirmation that our appointments were for 2/5/2021.
When we arrived at the door and called the front desk said they said they were for 3/5/2021. We held our phones to the window to show we had proof but they didn’t care. Wouldn’t even come and look.
We had taken time off work. And even though they have a $50 cancellation policy they didn’t care about our lost time.
They put us on hold while we stood outside like they might

I came to know Dr. Peter Pak by way of other happy patients. As an orthodontist that owns my own practice, I can say that I have extremely high expectations and standards for other doctors, health care providers, and their offices. Dr. Pak has met and exceeded my expectations. I truly trust his judgment and advice and highly recommend his office.

Worst experience, called made an appointment, gave some of the required info over the phone. Was told to fill out several forms that they emailed to me and submit, that I did. Showed up on time for my appointment, called when I was standing outside of their front entry with mask on as instructed, I was told that they do not have any of my information that I filled out on line and lets not forget I also gave some info via phone. They refused to see me unless I paid for the whole full meal deal, even tho I already gave them my insurance info. I also told them that I had all of that info with me but

I had one of the best exams I have ever had there. I have no issues with the place. I have been wearing contacts or glasses for 40 years now. A couple of the bad reviews are just sour grapes. My daughters contacts at an other place took 3 weeks to come in so that is not too unusal and not being able to get fitted in on the same day you call is not odd (especially during COVID).

Dr. Linda Pak is outstanding. She saved the vision in my left eye since I thought I had "floaters" in there interfering with my vision. She immediately informed me that I had a hemorrhage and personally called a surgeon at the retina surgical center. I was in surgery within 90 minutes. I cannot thank Dr. Pak enough for the professional examination and her concern to arrange surgery. I would recommend for all patients here to get the imaging done of the eye so that she can use that tool in her examination. It is worth it.

Very thorough exam! Dr Linda Pak was excellent. She showed us pictures of some tiny holes in my family member’s retina and also showed us, the build up on the cataract lenses and prescribed a cleaning. I highly recommend her!

Great Experience! Dr. Pak examed my son and provided great support and explanation to an eye injury my son got at school. She was able to use her network to get him an urgent appointment with another specialists since his eye required immediate attention. I'm happy and thankful they were open on Sunday because most offices are closed. If it wasn't for her quick response and expertise, we would be sitting in the hospital.
