5am --the alarms went off in the whole building again. Security and firemen confirmed that the faulty fire alarms will keep going off whenever it rains. After each time fire trucks come and try to turn it off, the wain triggers the faulty alarms if not fixed it will just continue to go off.
Security says to tell the front leasing office the alarms are faulty and need to be fixed. The firemen informed such!
In the past, when residents complained about the situation,
Eve from the front office has said in the past time that "they are very good alarms", they are "very sensitive alarms

Love the community they offer free food for holidays also they do you drives for the children during Christmas also 24/7 gym access it’s a nice quiet place and well maintained there is cleaning service as well that cleans entire building hallways and around the community friendly staff and overall it’s just peaceful..

This is the welcome I come home to almost on a daily basis. The apartment complex from the outside is beautiful, and don't get me wrong the place is nice but they have allowed residents to trash this place. When I first moved in the grass was well kept, clean all around and now this place is going downhill. There's trash at the entry way is there almost on a daily basis, the place is being run down by uncaring residents and they need to really sort those residents out and fine them or get rid of them because it's making this place a very unwelcome place to reside at.

I can vouch for the bad reviews in aspects of bad customer service. I was skeptical and decided to make an appointment for a tour. First impression as soon as I walked in was terrible. I said hello as anyone would when they walk into an unfamiliar space/office and was ignored. Proceeded to wait for 15 mins before I was acknowledged. A woman approached me and asked "can I help you?" off put by this simple remark I said I had an appointment at 1:30pm. So she then informed me someone else would be able to help me out "in just a minute." 15 mins after my appointment? I was ready to walk away as soon

The only person at the leasing office was in customer care. She said she was not able to show me a unit and wait for the leasing agent to return. I waited several minutes for her to return and for her to finish up with the previous tour. I signaled to her that I was here, she ignored me at went on call to complain about the tour she gave. I waited for her to finish her call and started approaching her for help. At which point she she just up got up and said "sorry she is not available," and walked away. There was no other leasing agent there. She didn't tell me to come back at another time or anything

I mean where do I even start? This place is ATROCIOUS. It is a trash bag wrapped in a Gucci belt. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Unless, of course, you wanna become suicidal by the end of your lease.
For starters, I, along with my roommates, have lived here in a 3 bedroom for about a year and 3 months now. Let's start with the obvious issues. There is NO parking. And this is coming from someone who lives in an apartment with 3 other adults who all own cars. That is a total of 4 cars. And yet, we only have 1 assigned spot. Apparently, that's there policy since we live in a "smaller" building

I wanted to love this community so bad. I passed it on the freeway for so long and said I have got to check these apartments out !!! They looked beautiful on the outside.
I finally scheduled a tour and I was saddened immediately.
I toured a one bedroom.
It was so incredibly tiny. The living room is shaped in a strange way so it would be really hard to just add a couch and and Tv. There's not even 2 full walls in the living room.
The washer and dryer is inside the small bedroom. I was just blown away by that.
The kitchen was small. The bathroom small. Everything was small. And the

The Paseos has been a perfect place to call home! I moved in here about 17 months ago and have zero complaints. My leasing agent Alexis has been extremely helpful from the start with finding the right apartment, ensuring a smooth move-in experience, and always being willing to answer any questions/offer help if needed. I recommend this complex to anyone searching for a new place!

This place continues to be by the far the worst complex ever. They change their staff every few months, there's a new manager Shirlee who sucks at communicating and does not solve any issues you have with the apartments. She says she'll get something done and days even weeks will pass by and she'll never get back to you. No one in the leasing office ever communicate with each other so one person will tell you one thing and another will tell you something else. We were better off in the apartment complex without shirlee.

Neighbors are so freaking loud upstairs been here for almost a year, it's so annoying ..... pretty sure I'm going to have to deal with this myself. I emailed about the new parking situation that we have to do now which is put every "visitor" in the system.... But also they can put themselves? Uhm.... People should be able to visit whenever they want. There giving us 120 hours a month. Do you guys know how fast that goes when your family is constantly coming over? This place is crap! It's sad that I have to write two 1 star reviews within a week. The office does not take their residents complaints seriously. Maybe posting our concerns on here lowering their star rating will force them to listen to their residents. Last week my car got a "abandoned vehicle" will be towed sticker. 1st my car isn't abandoned it was just dirty from the little bit of rain we had and I had the new parking permit. My parents & I are new tenants of the Paseos at Ontario & we already love it here! Our 3 bedroom apartment is absolutely beautiful. We love how modern,sleek & luxury the apartment is.
Also, The amenities are AMAZING, it feels like a resort. Imagine feeling like you are on vacation everyday, yet you are at home.
In addition, the staff is wonderful. The Leasing Associate, Amber Williams was our point of contact from the very beginning. She was informative, communicated well, thorough, & honest. She was (and still is) AMAZING.
I cannot stress enough how AMAZING everything is

Parking: when is parking going to be fixed? I have sent so many emails out and even gone in person to discuss this. The woman in charge of the complex parking did not want to speak to my roommate or I. She had someone else in the office play messenger to us. We voiced our concerns and wanted to know if there will be a solution to this problem. The response was opposite of helpful the leasing consultant simply stated "We will not have security go looking at every thing car in the complex because we are a large complex and will be a waste of time and resources". Parking: Its awful. My husband's car was towed on a night where there was absolutely no parking here and security said we could park in the "no parking zone." They towed our car in the morning without warning even though we have a sticker on it showing we are residents, and even though security said it was fine. We had to pay $350 to get our car back AND WE LIVE HERE AND PAY FOR PARKING. Also they randomly have palates and construction cones in 10+ parking spots frequently and then we have no where to park! I am not parking at the gas station with sketchy homeless people, nor am

Amber in the leasing office is AMAZING! We first were going to go with different apartments but went to check the PASEOS out at the last minute and Amber gladly offered us a tour when we walked into the office. We felt so welcomed that we immediately chose to have the paseos as our home same day! Through out the whole application approval process Amber and everyone else we spoke to when Amber was out of the office were so helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns immediately. The move in was the smoothest as can be, given the elevators we did not have to worry about going up any stairs

I just renewed my lease and things have definitely changed but that's expected as more people move in. We've heard fire alarms and seen trash but maintenance resolves things pretty quickly. Sometimes it's hard to get through to the office by phone by if you email them they respond! There's been some staff changes but Leilani and Valerie have always been there to help in anyway they can. Overall it's been a good experience and I'm glad I renewed my lease!
Highly recommended ask for Leilani Huang when visiting and leasing the unit from The Paseos on Ontario.

Customer service at paseos is non existent. I called regarding a package I could not retrieve from the package concierge. I was told the staff was on break and there is only one agent at the leasing office and I would have to wait for someone to return from lunch break. I called at noon and was told I would get a call back after 3pm. I told the agent I need to retrieve this package as it's been two days since I could not retrieve my dogs food.
The agent let me know it might not be possible to retrieve the package today because they need a special key but they will try to jam that package

My family and I moved here last June and we are very happy with our experience here so far. This has been the best place we have ever lived. Move in can be tricky due to the fact the building are brand new you have to call to get certified gas technician out to turn it on. This depends solely on the Gas companies availability. So the stove heat and dryer took two weeks to get on in the meantime my family and I used the Showers I the Gym and make our meals in the microwave the grills and in my instapot. Now that we have been here for 7-8 months, we honestly enjoy all the amenities. Additionally
