Woodburn Apartments

My car was towed this morning for dead tags, my car is registered and legal but I have not received my tags yet. If this apartment complex is going to be so aggressive with towing you all should really do a better job letting your residents know exactly what needs to be in their car. Everything about my car is legal yet I have to pay them 200 again for parking my car where I LIVE.
After such a challenging year for everyone especially low-mid class residents, most places are trying to help make life easier but this place does the complete opposite.

I love this Neighborhood, there is always an answer if you have any questions the office will solve any problem . I will definitely recommend this neighborhood to any body , if you starting a family , or have one ready .

Diana property Manager not professional she give worse customer service every time I have a issue she always tells me she can’t do anything about it and hangs up. I never received bad customer service in my life

I don't write reviews but really need to post this. Me and my family have lived here for almost 6 years and recently moved last month. We brought a house that's the only reason we left. Here are the main reasons we loved and enjoyed every bit of Woodburn:
1. The most affordable apartment complex in the 20109 area.
2. Very clean neighborhood, always quiet, well respected neighbors.
3. When you come home and your package is still at your door 5 days later you know you done well!

Free advice: If you're ever in a jam, with nowhere to go... look for another way. These people will not help you. The way they handle business is offensive. They will waste your time for a quick buck.

BE AWARE!! Take pictures of your apartment before you move in. Upon move in we did not receive new carpet and this was made very clear with the leasing agent and myself. We did our inspection of the apartment and notated everything that was damaged and you guessed I definitely put the carpet on the list! When it was time to move out, I received a letter in the mail stating we were in collections for damages... Now this letter was not even sent to the forwarding address that I placed on file. I called the office immediately. The Manger at the time was Maria, I proceeded to ask what the damages were

There arent enough words to describe the level of underwhelming performance by these staff members. Takes them two weeks to tell us we dont qualify due to pay being 2000 over the limit and it took them two weeks for them to do math that would have taken all of 5 minutes. In addition every single little thing will tie these people up leading to misinformation, inability to process basic information, and just a seeming lack of desire to do anything. Apparently it takes 8 hours to do 2 tours and work on one application. Who knew.
