Here at Body By Erica, you're not just a member; you are part of a growing family who supports, encourages one another and is dedicated to achieving their goals to be healthy and fit. We know that joining a studio can be a difficult choice, which is why I strive to create an atmosphere that is inviting, friendly, and informative.
Being able to workout is integral to a healthy life, but there are some places that make this difficult because they have atmospheres that are not conducive to learning and growing. With this in mind, I created Body By Erica so that all the people in Hampton roads could find a place to improve themselves.
Are you intimidated by the idea of joining a studio? If so, you are not alone. The studio experience can be overwhelming and confusing. If you're a studio novice, you will need guidance and someone to answer all your questions. Is it better to run on a treadmill, bike, or use an elliptical? Do you stretch before or after you work out?
