Northview Park apartment charges their tenants for normal wear and tear. They also leave you with mold in your apartment and try to do cover up quick jobs. The apartment manager is rude and nasty. I never met her and my first time was a very bad experience. I put in this work order months ago and she tried to charge me months later.

Been in the industry for almost 20 years as a service tech and this is one of the worst companies I have worked for. Expectations are extremely unreasonable, management thinks they are smarter then they actually are, makes claims about what the National Apartment Association says how long something should take but yet when you read the NAA report they ignore a lot of the "study", cares more about the color of the shop floor then caring about the service staff, way understaffed, etc

I was at a Timberland Property yesterday and was surprised at how friendly the staff was. You don't see such genuine niceness at a lot of other properties. The units were impeccably clean, and that's not taking away from the friendly exterior. I have a house , but if I had to move it would be to a Timberland property!!!

I live in oak hollow apartments in southaven ms. I have contacted my leasing office over the course of a few months, trying to get my ac unit fixed. As proof of their failings, my apartment is currently over 90 degrees. Mr Jimmy has tried his best to fix this situation but at this point I'm not sure what else can be done.

I wouldn't recommend Green on 4th. At first, I really liked it, but there have been multiple encounters/incidences that make me wish I would have gone a different route with my housing decision.
My most recent negative encounter was with the community manager (unsure of his name, sorry). He was rude, condescending, and just generally unkind. On short notice, we were required to remove our cars from the garage for cleaning. Being out of town, this isn't feasible, and he was unable to work with me to find a solution. He just let me know that my car would be towed in a few days.... great:(

Moved out at the end of July and still have not received the security deposit to be returned.
I heard a very accurate rumor that they will try to charge you for at least SOMETHING. We were charged for the drip pans that we replaced on the day we moved out. We had receipts and took pictures. But, since when are drip pans not normal wear and tear?
We were emailed the pictures that they had as proof and were not even from the apartment we rented!
Cannot get in contact with the manager who NEVER returns your call.
This is against the Michigan Act of 1972 section 348. According to the Act, they
