Auto City Car Wash

Paid $260 for detailing because my dog threw up in the car. Exterior looked fine, as expected. I've used their regular cleaning services before. However, the main reason for the extra cleaning/detailing was because of my dog's throw up, and it seemed like they just disregarded this fact. When checking where she threw up, there were still chunks of her food left under the seat and carpet. Its as if they tried to just push the food down and hide it with an air blower... When I told them that there was still some vomit, they gave such an attitude about it. I will never be coming back here again. I

I only got the basic wash and it was fine. They were thorough. Even did the cup holders! Most places seem to miss them. Not bad for the price.

My car is usually cleaned very well but the women inside at the cash register are bitter and rude. They act like you’re bothering them when you go in to pay for your car. And they’re not much nicer to their clientele who speak Spanish. Just always angry at life itself, I guess.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR WASHED HERE.
Especially a nice car... they do not know how to operate EVs. They scratched front door side number and broke my charge port.
On top.of that they are rude.. unskilled and unapologetic.
Let your car be dirty but do not go here.
WORST CAR WASH EVER

Today 09/18/20 i came to wash my trunk at noon, when my truck came outside it came out with scratches all over the truck. itold the manager and he got upset and said it didn't happen in here? come on, my truck is $70,00 costum paint lifted?
now its going to cost me around $900 to $1000 to send it to an detail shop.
i really hope the owner of this carwash contact me.

I love getting my truck or car washed here they are the best at what they do and they're fast and they leave your car or truck real clean. I have been coming here for about 20 years and I wouldn't go any other place plus you get $0.25 off gas per gallon. I always get the platinum and they clean the inside of your car and leave it nice and shiny and also the tires. I definitely recommend this place they are open and are following covid-19 restrictions.

Took my brand new car in for a wash, it was only a week old. As my car was going through the wash (they have a window where you can watch your car go through) they rear ended my car 3 times and scraped up one of the rims. Never again.

I go here on a regular basis to get my car cleaned. The people are nice and The location convenient. The most frustrating part is the big paper trail. If I buy discounted packs of tickets each one is a piece of paper I need to hold on to that in turn has another piece I need to save for another discount. Please invest in creating an app for this and I bet you folks will become loyal customer. Let's move into the digital area. Holding on to pieces of paper are no longer an effective way of doing business.

These guys did a great job! My car was filthy from shipping my car across the country followed by the ash from wildfires for a few weeks. Look at the before and after pics and you'll see the transformation for yourself. I had to point out a missed spot with a sticker that wasn't quite removed, but they jumped on it and immediately got the remaining spot. I'll definitely return!

Zero customer service zero they have no idea what a customer service is.
Okay here it goes. I have been coming to this place for a year now. Even though they do not clean my car a 100% I have never thought of posting a review because some of the cleaning people are nice. Fast forward to a week ago I bought a extreme interior wash or something as such that cost me over $225. I was happy that car would be clean but after 4 days my seats were covered with white stains that I couldn't get rid off. Attrocious experience. $220 for an INCOMPLETE "Complete Interior" service. Seats and carpets still look untouched and they're totally dry. No way they shampooed anything inside.
There's still grime in the leather doorhandle, so again, there's no way they worked the leather upholstery.
And they used a cheap, ineffective cleaner everywhere else that has an uneven sheen and is super sticky.
$220 car wash is the biggest waste of money I've ever spent.

The car wash broke my windshield and they are not taking responsibility. I don't recommend them. they scratch the car and aren't very clean. the other car washes in the area are much better

I planned to not share my experience because after I demanded a full refund (and threatened to post here on Yelp) I received it only to be told, "Yeah, you can take your car and go elsewhere."
Well, now I'll gladly share my experience. This was the 2nd time I've had a vehicle detailed and cleaned at this location. This is also the 2nd time I've had to ask for a supervisor/manager because my vehicle was not cleaned. Since I paid $69.99 for a detailed, thorough, wash, wax, etc...I actually expected to receive that. Nevertheless even after a supervisor/manager got involved

My car was left sparkling. The service was good, not fast, but worth the wait. The price was decent for a HAND car wash and they even give you $.25 off every gallon of gas you purchased previously.
I was worried when they left my car sitting out for a bit with water all over it and the sun drying spots on my car but shortly after a small team came out and went to work. I couldn't find one thing to say - my car was CLEAN.

This is the first time I have been to Auto City and I will definitely be back. The car is very clean, inside and out. Also, there was gum stuck to the side that another car wash never removed. They had 2 workers taking their time to get it all off. I was very impressed and have found my car wash.
Also, I noticed they have a full service auto repair right next door at the Chevron Station. I will give them a try the next time I need work done.

I take my car to wash, it was done sloppy and not clean inside.
When I point it out they told me, well if you want more cleaner you have to pay extra. I guess If you don't look that rich they don't take there time to clean.
And first of all don't trust them with anything. Go to another car wash.

Brought a truck here after Burningman. We asked for a deep clean (exterior, interior, engine block, truck bed, and camper). We made it clear that attention to detail was very important to us (we had borrowed the truck from a friend and wanted to give it back in tip top condition). They quoted $400 and we paid.

They didn't get any of the details right. The door handles, mats, and pedals had dust stains all over them. When we pointed this out the manager made excuses. The space between the cabin and the camper was still filled with dust; they claimed they didn't have any tools thin enough

I have never felt strongly enough about a car wash to warrant taking the time to leave a review, but this was such a poor experience I felt compelled. I purchased the Basic, a $40 wash for interior and exterior. The exterior was fine, it wasnt hand washed but went through one of the automatic machines which is pricy for $40 but was fine. The inside though was crazy. The inside was filthy. I attached three photos after I called the staff over twice to give them two more chances to clean it. I'm not sure why this car wash gets such a bad review on Yelp. I get the impression that people review based on 1 experience. That should be an add-on to every review; how much service have you had from said business.

They always have cars lined up and, in my opinion, do their work just fine.
The packages are pricey but not too much. I am a dog walker and my car gets NASTY from the inside, they do a 95% perfect cleaning job.

Yes, there are some hairs here and there. And the first time it bothered me. But these people work HARD. Constantly!

They just wanted to scam me. I told them I needed the trunk carpet washed because liquid had spilled and they didn't want to wash the carpet or my trunk. They also wanted to charge me an extra $100 for this trunk carpet which they weren't even going to wash. They tried to play dumb but It was so obvious they didn't want to do the job correctly. Finally when I whipped out a $1 bill for a tip them they got 4 guys on It to "recover" from their mistake but they had already done the damage.
