Qweex: On-Demand Mobile Car Wash

Found Qweex on search for Mobile Car Wash. App was super easy to navigate. After I scheduled, I needed to re-schedule because I unexpectedly needed my car. Aaron was on it and made my request super easy. I had developed a few questions about the whole h20-less car wash technology, and, again, Aaron was quick to answer all my questions with clear, concise language and even a photo of the sprayer they use! Update: I was contacted by the company after leaving this review, and the broken component was replaced. A+ on follow up customer service.
It seems my phone call was getting redirected to an automated bot and hence not being answered.
Leaving my original 1-start review below for posterity, and upgrading to 3 stars rating, since I would definitely give them another shot.

- Please check your cars after a car wash immediately.
- Leave a review if you can't get in contact with them over phone.

Excellent service. Wash when you want it while you're at work. Reasonably priced. Completely done via phone. Sparkly car when you leave work to go home!

Amazing service experience. Great prices! The cleaner arrived within an hour of requesting service, was very polite, and did a great job! I'm definitely a long-term customer as long as the service and prices remains consistent.

TL;DR: Convenience for some, necessity for us.
My husband and I experience many chronic and acute health challenges, and we need to be able to simplify our life wherever possible. My 15-yo car was rear-ended so we got a new TeslaM3 earlier in the year. It needs a lot more TLC than my Acura did, and we tried hand-washing, etc. I decided to try this car service with some trepidation - risk of scratching, smudging (my main use case was clear rear windshields, because I leave early for work, and it's dark out). My husband and his parents went to this car wash with their new Lexus Hybrid. We waited 3 minutes to go to the tunnel. It took 2 minutes to wash the car. Waited less than 2 minutes to get out of the parking. The car was completely clean and dry when we left. Extremely happy. I will go back again.

I got the best $7 car wash I have ever gotten in my life here! I love how clean my car was out of the machine. Free vacuums are amazing. The only reason I did not give a full 4 stars is because there are not enough stalls at the end for the amount of cars there. Wash was amazing but waiting for a stall wasn't super great. I can only imagine what it's like on a weekend or after work.

No water used which left the car dirty. There were dirty marks on the car I could clean with the wipe of a cloth. Interior was good. Scheduled two days ahead and they were initially 30 mins late then ended up being 1.5 hours late which left me stuck at home all afternoon. It was convenient anf cheap as they come to you but not sure I would do this again.
