UPDATE!!! You can’t schedule maintenance online. The only choice is going to the office where they say they will do it but won’t. Pictures below to show the option doesn’t exist. What’s the solution now?
The worst place I ever lived. Roaches galore even if you have a clean place. If your neighbors are dirty you’re bound to get them too. The renovations are poorly done which is probably creating spaces for the roaches to get through. And there is mold in the apartments. Good luck on getting any help on anything because all they care about is the money. If you’re looking for a place

This is the standard for "move in ready" at Potomac Ridge. I've spent more time trying to clean the new unit than moving. Which is completely unacceptable.
The washer has a terrible mildew stench and the gasket was black from mildew.
The dryer still has hair and debris from previous tenants.
The cabinets under the kitchen sink have severe water damage and what looks like mold.
The kitchen faucet leeks.
I have to slam the front door to shut it.
I've had to clean crumbs and dead roaches from floors, top cabinets/cabinet drawers

Dear new renters if you planing to move in this place please don’t you will be Disappointed because I lived their for 15 months ever-time call for repairs they never sent out the repairman and they will tow your cars after 8 pm and if your car failed inspections or no Emission tags on it, when I moved out they did not give my deposit back because the walls and carpet, I believe if you move out regardless they have to put in new carpets or painting for new clients, if I could give them 0 stars I would, again do not live in this please, I am very disappointed with this place

Today marks exactly 3 months since me and my family have been living here. The washer and dryer have been broke since DAY 1, and still haven't been fixed. There's roaches all over the apartment and me and my family are very clean people. The bathroom ceiling is leaking from upstairs. We've had 2 different maintenance men come in here to look at the washer and dryer since the first week we've been in here, and it's still not fixed. We've said something to the rental office about all the problems literally between 15 and 20 times about each and every problem....the roaches, washer and dryer and the

This is a great place to live. I've here since April of this year. And has never had any ISSUES. LaRonda has never not once been rude. Always friendly and professional.
