Everything has been great so far. I can't speak for the negative comments but for me the process was fast and convenient. My apartment was super clean and ready to move-in in just a day. All utilities work fine. The folks working in the office are nice and professional and always answer my questions with eagerness. Thank you.

Extremely lacking in professionalism. We had a 10 AM viewing of an apartment scheduled and flew 3000 miles from Pittsburgh to view this unit and some others. Canceled on us 2 hours before the appointment due to staffing shortages and completely screwed up our plans for the day, as now we have to scramble to find a different apartment to view instead.
We would’ve been understanding if they had to cancel and let us know in advance, but it is extremely frustrating to have them cancel so last minute, when the flights, hotel, and rental car costs mean we HAVE to pick an apartment during this trip

Let me start this by saying the most important part. If you live here- you WILL get mold growth literally everywhere on the walls. I have complained about it since I moved in and it has never once been remedied or tested for safety. I have developed a thyroid disease since living here, which has been directly linked to mold exposure. The leasing agents know absolutely nothing about laws and regulations, threaten to evict for every little thing and take weeks to respond to maintenance requests. This place looks absolutely nothing like the website photos- which are at least 10 years old. There is

The apartment layouts are nice. However, this is actually someplace I would have never have chosen, if moving into them was a personal choice. I only moved into this location due to my son needing help due to recent divorce. I do not like all the restrictions around patios and what can be hung on walls. I am highly impressed with the maintenance staff and how they service repairs quickly.

Greystar has been nothing but terrible since taking over the property. The only time they choose to communicate is when they write you up for having very average items on your balcony. I had to wait 2 weeks just to get a response for a leaking kitchen sink! Even weeks before moving out it was impossible to find someone to coordinate and even randomly decided to close the office when it was my move out date. It’s been a month since moving out and not only have they not communicated but now they’re trying to gouge me for rent that I wasn’t even there for and “damages” that were never there
