This place is not luxury at all when i moved her i didn't see the apartment i was moving into until I got the key it was roaches/roach eggs in refrigerator, cabinets, dishwasher etc. the a/c filter was nasty look like its been in there for over a year. there's no running hot water ,all the plugs in there walls are loose I've also complained about the a/c they only do a temporarily fix so my a/c goes out ever month. i gave them a 60 day notice the manger told me i was suppose to give her the key before when i gave my notice instead of waiting until it was up then they hit me with all these fee's

This place is the worst. The noise level is off the charts and it's just trashy here. Pet waste station just a few yards from my patio that does not get emptied but once a month. I love dogs and have one of my own but the dog situation here is out of control. Supposed to be a weight and breed restriction that management does not follow as well as the number of dogs per resident, supposed to be a 2 dog limit. We get woke up every morning by 3 dogs running in the apartment above us a pittbull a large shepard the other 1 is little. Management fully aware of the situation and they just lie straight

The only thing that this place provides me is a roof over my head..that’s with a door that barley locks properly. Anyways, they don’t care about providing you with low quality washer and dryers. They claim it our responsibility to make a call to refund countless of money that has been stolen since they don’t work. When all of them are unpredictable. The washers and dryers are in THEIR building and they picked this company, I would assume any good management would want to please their guest with the best of service they can provide. As I am a manager, I always want to please and bless my guest

Rent is extremely high. Nothing ever works my parents water been off for 3 days remind you my mom has stage 4 lung cancer she needs access to running water to clean her tubes. They told her they will give them a key to go shower in another apartment across the street. Remind you it’s December and 40 degrees outside nobody can afford to be sick right now. Please pass these apartments up!!! Just because they look good they ain’t good trust ME!! SOMETHING IS ALWAYS WRONG!! IF ITS NOT THE WATER THEN ITS THE AIR CONDITIONER!
