Services
The GYROKINESIS method is a workout that uses a series of organic physical, rhythmic movements and breaths that can help shift one into a new physical, mental and spiritual place. It is sometimes described as a mixture of dance, tai chi, yoga, and gymnastics all in one. The body is taken through seven natural elements of spinal movement.
Pilates teaches you to support your body internally with efficiency and ease while transforming the way your body looks, feels and functions. It was often originally used by dancers and athletes because it builds strength without building bulk and creates more a sleek and toned effect as it lengthens muscles.
The "Moving Mother" was created by a mom who loves to move, needs to move, and wants to share her knowledge to help other moms. This website is all about supporting Mom's "to be" as well as Mom's "who are". The goal is to nurture the Mother and help you find a way to take care of YOU during the extremely busy daily life of being a mom.
Each of our instructors are handpicked for their expertise, unique personal skills, and technical ability. At Goodwin Studios, clients can be confident that all trainers undergo yearly continuing education in their respective fields.
