This is the most amazing place to live very peaceful relaxing, safe and beautiful . Jessica the manager is truly professional and does a great job managing the community. She will go the extra mile for residence and do what she can to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this place for anyone to call home.

Used to live in their trailer park in Calgary Canada. Unbelievable how people are treated. But besides raising rent so high that seniors are forced into poverty and losing their homes, they have the nerve to keep our damage deposit when we left the mice infested trailer in better condition than when we moved in. It got to the point we had to report them to Health Services. Do yourself a favour and stay far, far away from this company because if they can screw you out of money, the will.

I saw the bad review done in Dec 2017 but I think that must be about the Summit. Mountain View Estates doesn't have the word Mobile in it...even though these ARE modular homes. I actually like telling people I moved into a trailer park! Lol! I absolutely LOVE it up here!
I have other friends whove lived here for YEARS! One of them was an employee turned friend who moved up here with her mom back in the 90s. She lived here for 20+ years and hates that she had to leave. "If I could afford it I'd be back there in a minute". So far, I've met people who are happy to be here
