Under new ownership, Deer Valley RV Park is a newly remodeled family-friendly, pet-friendly RV retreat located off of I-17 and the 101 freeway. Southbound off of the Deer Valley Exit, our grounds are located just 10 minutes from Scottsdale, 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Just minutes from local medical care, great shopping, dining and world-class indoor and outdoor events, you'll find convenient access to everything!
We reserve the right to limit the number of people and pets in any RV. Failure to declare the correct amount of guests or pets in party will cause an immediate eviction from the park with no refund. This is private property. Park Regulations apply equally to all guests. Any infringements may result in our termination of your occupancy without refund.

This place has been great since the first day my husband and I arrived. We are here for long term. The ladies in the main building are very professional, accommodating and friendly. There’s been quite a bit of renovations being done all around the campground. It has come along quite a bit these past couple of months. Pool and hot tub are almost finished…. Looking forward to that. The campground is peaceful and quite at night. We like to sit on the patio and watch the stars and planes. Great location especially because it’s next to I-17. Has many shopping areas and restaurants all near by

Reserved for one week, toltold person who took my card that I had three dogs. She never mentioned that the pool was under construction and that the advertised pet park was non existant.
I am looking across from both advertised "features " that don't exist but for which I am paying.
Laundry prices are t j.g w most expensive that I've ever encountered.
