We joke to our friends and family back in Michigan that the only reason we are here is, they are the only resort that answered the phone. Now, that is true and very fortunate for us. We absolutely love it here. The staff is wonderful and there to answer any question. The residents are friendly, fun and they keep us going. We have done more here in the last 3 weeks then we've done in 3 years back home. We are staying here to find a house but may never leave. So many amenities and activities. Just fun fun fun...

We were a bit upset we got ran out of the pool area by a family with kids. They were running around the pool diving ( not deep enough) in. They began throwing all the pool noodles in the pool then began messing with the handicap lift in the jacuzzi area. We’re not even sure if they were even staying in the park. This was on a Sunday night about an hour before the pool closed.

For a very large rv park But there's a lot of offerings and a lot of facilities it is absolutely insane that they would be able to train people to NOT go to the bathroom between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m... Since they close all facilities between that time imagine that even when it's not a 107゚ outside you're not able to use a facility even for the restroom the following day we go to the same restaurant before 9:00 p.m. and it's closed alreand it's closed already locked tight imagine that period for what we paid to stay there I would call it not a good value and not something I would repeat if I

I debated whether to give them two or three stars. The park, The other tenants, the staff we’re nice! Everything is well-kept.
After being there for A few weeks. We had an electric bicycle stolen. I informed the office and I informed some of the neighbors who are long term tenants. It was at that point that I was informed that theft was a very big problem, and has even turned violent at times. (I’m assuming due to the large population of homeless people in the area)
We originally planned to stay three months but after what occurred we didn’t feel safe there anymore and decided to leave
