Services
No matter how good your facilities and amenities, unless you have great people, it's not a great park. That's why we're eager for you to get to meet in advance some of the people that make The Resort a special place. When I asked Mary Nordmark where she was from, she proudly said, "Rolla, North Dakota, " then smiled and added, speaking.
You have a simple choice here at The Resort, stay as busy as you want or relax as much as you deserve. Our amenities are as diverse as life itself, whether is joining one of our tennis teams and understand the real meaning of team sports; those players are real gung ho or take your sweetheart to one of our weekly dances.
The Resort Pickleball Club endeavors to provide a variety of recreational and competitive play opportunities to residents and their guests. We are committed to providing an environment that reflects our core values of respect, fairness, integrity, safety and fun. Our facilities include four high quality, dedicated pickleball courts with night lighting, storage space, bleachers, and bicycle racks.
A conversation with George Igualt By Dale Dauten I recently got the chance to sit down with George Igualt, who. A Memorial Day potluck and Celebration was held at The Resort, honoring all Veterans and featuring a POW-MIA table. IN THE RESORT POOL, TIMES THREE "The healthiest thing you can do" By Dale Dauten "The water is your friend.
I recently got the chance to sit down with George Igualt, who heads the management company for The Resort and Silveridge. I started by asking him to reflect back on the '20-'21 season with all its pandemic-related challenges. GEORGE: Looking back, I think it was a victory for our parks, compared to what other parks were doing.

We love wintering in Arizona and were looking for an RV resort closer to Scottsdale, (Spring training has kept us in El Mirage), so we took a look at The Resort and it's sister property Silveridge.
Everyone we met and interacted with was kind, knowledgeable and very happy to be living there. The grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped.
Being an adult community they do not offer an adult only pool. They have ONE pool area and children are allowed 4 hours each day. Ugh. The hot tub is a 2-3 seater at it's best.

Spacious rv spots, nice pool and spa, workout room, studio 55 room, post office and lots of activities indoors and out. Staff is cheerful, friendly and helpful, a great crew.
The only down side is that the dog park is far away from the "dog RV section" and you are only allowed to walk your dog on the short (4) "dog RV section" streets and not to the dog park. There is access to a outside gate for longer walks outside the park. But, dogs can't read those signs that say 'no dogs pass this sign". 🤣😂

I must say that this one of the best parks that we have come across in our travels. There are many different activities that we enjoy and everyone is nice. The gentleman who is at the gate Tom is very friendly he is very knowledgeable about the park and the surrounding areas, he is always willing to help with whatever he can to make your stay more enjoyable. Other parks need to take lessons from Tom he is one of the main reasons why we return every year. If we could give 10 stars we would.

Quite expensive to begin with and they don't have full disclosure of add on fees (internet supposed to be free but have to buy a certain router AND pay to have an independent come to install..which took 3 trips to office to find out). Add on for gate keys. Add on for credit card use. After we pointed out the deceptive policies, they banned us from… using our expensive rented space as we needed to, as they were offended!! My other half is an entertainer and needs to practice daily, but they have banned him from singing anywhere in the Park, even on our site! There is nothing on their website

This RV Resort is beautiful and one of the best we have come across in our travels. There are many activities that we enjoy and the staff is nice. We have a 45 foot coach that other parks cannot accommodate or the staff cannot park. However, Tom who works the gate is very accommodating and friendly and parks our coach with professionalism and accuracy. He is always a available to assist when we have any questions or concerns and when he tells you that he will check into something for you he comes through and never leaves you hanging. We love this park and will continue to patronage it.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!!!
The owners only care about bringing in the greenbacks. They don't care about the residents. They don't care about the employees. How many have lived there for years yet the owners wouldn't know them from Adam. The manager dresses like a homeless person. Very unprofessional. There are tons of other parks that are much better than this one. I highly recommend shopping around.

NOTE: THIS PARK IS NOT BIG RIG FRIENDLY. Maybe a 30' RV / trailer would be OK. My one star rating is for R V's 30 foot or longer. This park appears to be a converted "sun bird" resort where small homes were removed for RV pads? We were assigned a gravel pad that measured 45' X 13' for our 40' RV with an adjacent car park pad. We could not extend the slide out because the neighbors truck was parked right next to our gravel pad. The roads are very narrow and the sites are small. Permanent homes on many of the corners make for very difficult driving. Google Map
