Services
For over 40 years, Desert's Edge RV Park has made guest satisfaction our priority. We're continually upgrading our park grounds and amenities to maximize the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of our guests. While we gladly welcome pets, be sure to check our policies section for accepted dog breeds.
Each site rental also includes a concrete patio, picnic table, water, sewer, electricity, and Tax. No cable TV, however, local channels are available with antenna. Pull-through RV sites are located among all daily/weekly sites, have fewer shrubs, and no trees. You must drive forward to park on site, but can leave tow vehicle attached.
Our grounds offer a spacious recreation room and recreation hall. We have an onsite activities director who organizes parties and special events on the property. Combine this with our family friendly park, heated swimming pool, hot tub, dog parks and dog run, our visitors enjoy leisure family fun all year-long!

We stayed here for 3 months and had a great stay. The park is clean and well maintained. The management was great. We loved that our packages went to the office where we could pick them up easily. The pool and hot tub was great. Our little pup liked the dog park. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Phoenix.

Friendly employees. I've been here for 6 months and love it. Quiet and clean. Very few problems and when there is one, the staff attends to it quickly.

Great place to visit and chill. It's extremely hot out here. But the company can cool you off. The pool is freaking amazing!!!!

This park is loud and cramped. Has many people that live there year round and many sites are not clean and tidy....actually a little trashy. It could be a gem if there was proper management in place. I do not recommend this facility!

This is a large RV Park. There's a large group of people that live year-round in the park. The lot where we stayed was close to the bathroom and clean.
If there was room for improvement, it would be in cleaning the bathrooms especially focusing on the showers and walls which in the men's room to seemed to be very dirty
Thank you for letting us stay with you

Our stay was excellent! The staff, from the front office, to the pool staff, to the grounds crew were all very helpful and did a great job. We will return to winter here.

We have been hear for a little over a month and so far, the park is clean, the laundry facility is nice and fairly priced and the residents are great. There is an ecliptic mix of people that works. The staff is wonderful. The pool has had some issues, but for the most part everything works out here.

An RV park mixed with full-time residents and part timers including snowbirds like us. We arrived late January in the middle of a Phoenix cold snap with rain, hail and snow in some parts
of the Valley! It knocked out the Internet here which wasn't restored until a long while later -- and only operative near the office and the clubhouse -- the main room closed because of Covid. There went my snowbird dream of sitting on my patio slab in a lawn chair, a cool drink beside me, working on my writing projects with my WiFi-dependent I-Pad.

Fortunately the beautiful pool opened when the weather turned

The park has friendly staff and clean facilities. There’s orange and grapefruit trees all over with edible fruit, along with large spots. The WiFi was out for the week we visited. Also, the showers are shut down for cleaning at the worst time 8:00-9:30. Great heated pool along with a large hot tub.

I feel so lucky to have found this place. Easy in easy out. Great amenities, including a dog bath! Everything was so clean! We came in with a 26' motor home and towing a 12' trailer. When I called and made the reservation the lady was amazingly helpful and was able to accommodate us on short notice, in a pull through site with full hook-ups! We arrived after hours and there was a packet in the arrivals box with everything we needed. I wish other parks would do check in like this. This is now out "go to RV park in Phoenix "

Kinda cramped RV park with spaces close together. There are mature trees to give shade and pull-through spaces for Class A RVs, but overall very small considering real estate in AZ isn't that expensive.

I am so disappointed in this RV Park. I recognize the need for a return policy, we have actually received two different policies. However, I do not recognize one that is taking such advantage over people. In the mitt's of this country's national crisis these people, even after a two weeks notice refuses to refund our two day trip through Phoenix. Several states and soon to be more has a stay put directive on travel. Every cruise, hotel, resort, airline has refunded passengers in lu of their policy in order to support this nations concern over Coronavirus. This RV Park has decided that

I don't recommend this place for pop-up trailer camping. They put us in the worst site, sticking out across from office. Freeway noise and lights from cars all night long.
I don't recommend taking a shower in the women's bathroom. The water backed up to the top of my feet as I was washing my hair. Gross! I could see hair floating out of the drain along with other UFOs. Unidentified floating objects.
Also when we first arrived late at night the electricity to our trailer wouldn't work.
I do recommend, if you do go, check the ground around your site. Ours had some random metal

We were happy with our stay for the most part...This park offers a pool, laundry room, small workout room, clean bathrooms with showers, and a BBQ area. The free WiFi is Non existent so no streaming television and I could never get my phone or tablet connected.
My complaints: When we first parked we were greeted by a German Shepard off leash from the camp across the way, they looked like long term stayers...I’m very glad we did not have our dogs with us as we usually do. That afternoon I peek out the window to find 2 little girls throwing rocks at my trailer, yes they did hit as the sound is

We stayed here multiple times now for weeks at a time. Very nice Campground still maintained well a little under new ownership. Super pet friendly Park. No cable TV but I'm not one to miss TV much while we're traveling in the camper so that's not really a negative for me.

Nice RV Park...second time we've stayed there (Dec 2014, July 2018). Liked it better in the winter. Pulled in after hours; no power to my site. Had to find an after hours staff. Ended up just moving to another site. Friendly staff.

Desert’s Edge is a great RV Park for long-term or short-term stays! The park is beautifully landscaped (see photos) with native desert plants. The staff does an incredible job with maintenance too! I never see any litter around and after monsoon dust storms they get the debris cleaned up quickly! It is really great for my dog too! They provide dog waste bags throughout the park and I’ve never seen dog waste left as this encourages everyone to pick up and just the way they maintain the park s nice you don’t want to mess it up!! There are also fenced off areas to have your dog off-leash around

We recently stayed at Desert's Edge Rv Village for baseball spring training. The entire place was immaculate and well run. It's a family owned and operated business.
The pull thru RV spots we're oversized and super easy to get in and out of.
All the bathrooms, laundry, and common areas were immaculately clean and kept up
(that was important to me and my kids).

Desert's Edge Rv Village is centrally located close enough for a quick day trip to Sedona, or go shopping downtown Scottsdale.
We usually stay during spring training. To catch some games and golf.
Next year we hope

We have stayed here many times. This visit was a bit challenging. Made RSVP a month in advance. Arrived and was told we were scheduled for tomorrow? After locating our reservation it was noted it had been typed in wrong. Weekend management asked us to walk around the park to look for vacate spots? We requested a spot was told we would have to move in the morning because of someone else reservation? It was a mess. Next morning the manager took care of our concerns. We did not have to move. I was a little miffed that their website states they have a Good Sam 10% discount, only to be told

Decent RV Park except for nonfunctional WiFi Tengo Internet which is $15/week for nothing. Don't bother with that! Laundry is more than adequate. Sites have some landscape which is nice in Arizona. All sites have a concrete patio and a picnic table. Close to shopping, movies, etc. the airport close by has constant plane noise, but that didn't bother me as much as no internet service.

Not as impressed with this park as I had hoped to be. The park is clean, close to the freeway, and the office staff are nice. Their website advertises many enticing amenities, but don't expect to have use of these when you move in because they have been paved over to make way for more RV sites. The basket ball court, putting green, dog run, and dog wash have all been removed to cram more people into the park... The majority of residents also appear to be retired, and it would seem this park is going 55+. I don't have any kids, but I would not recommend this park to anyone with a family

Quiet park, reasonable rates, good amenities, close to the freeway. Big pull through spaces. The employees are friendly. This isn't the nicest neighborhood you've ever been to, and I'd recommend you stay away from the 7-Eleven on Deer Valley Blvd. Lots of small airplanes overhead, all day long - as the airport right down the street has a very active pilot training program. But the park allows kids and dogs (many RV parks here do not). The freeway and airplane noise was not a problem, really. This is Phoenix- all noise carries far in the thin desert air. *** Warning! Be very careful

Park has some good sites, the staff is friendly, but the bathrooms haven't been properly cleaned in nearly 2 months. There is mold in the showers, people's trash laying in the showers, and hasn't been dusted in ages.
I like the location, the east side of the park gets little highway noise, and I don't mind the airport noise (lots of WWII era planes fly in and out).
Pretty nice place, but the bathrooms are really out of hand.
