After having witnessed the transformative power of movement and exercise in her own life, Jackie felt called to leave her corporate life behind and embark on a mission to share her passion for fitness, personal strength development and holistic wellness with her family of clients in her private studio, Pilates Body Fusion.
Working up a sweat and staying healthy while stuck at home can be difficult - but not impossible. We specialize in virtual training, no equipment needed! What makes our virtual training unique is Jackie's F.U.N. method-FORM: Jackie's eye for detail ensures you're performing each exercise safely and also in a way that will optimize results.
Our LA Studio is equipped with everything from a fully appointed reformer machine, professional spin bikes, weight training equipment, and our outdoor "The Yard" space for all our outdoor workouts (think ropes, boxing, HIIT and more!) We take advantage of the beautiful LA weather and offer indoor and outdoor training, and no 2 workouts are alike-keeping your body working, those muscles firing and you entertained!
Jackie is a serious client centered trainer; there are no routine exercises with her. She assesses me at each session determining the best set of exercises aligned with my ability and goals. In addition, I appreciate she follows up with texts after each session and readily recommends exercises when I'm traveling.
Private lessons allow me to give clients individual undivided attention to look at their form, correct and help develop their body awareness. Helping develop the mind and bod connection to learn how to properly execute the exercises, learn how to engage your core in every exercise, as well as figuring out which muscles need to be activated in order to perform the movement correctly.
