We are very excited to be part of your community with our locally owned and operated coffee shop, cafe & bakery. Our staff includes veterans, women and special needs individuals in a family friendly atmosphere. We also serve NC crafted beer, wines and ciders. Our full menu is available all day every day and features locally sourced ingredients, single batch specialty fresh baked goods and handcrafted beverages.

We look forward to serving you soon! Growing up, my grandmothers were a big part of my culinary and hospitality influences that taught me no matter how little you might have, when you share the love of good food with friends & family it spreads peace, love and joy. Throughout my life as I've travelled, I've taken bits and pieces from many cuisines and cultures, blended them together to create something new with respect to the original.

This is a fine place for a cup of Java or just hanging out with family , friends or coworkers. The staff is very accommodating to your needs and concerns. I like that they employ people with special needs . That's a selling point for me. And it's close by my home. If you are in Clayton you will fine it awesome to drop in for a cup of tea or coffee.

Wasn't a big fan personally. Venue could use some sprucing up. Walls beat up. Floor sticky. Others in my group loved the spicy options.

Mostly hits. A few misses. Will be back to try more menu items!

I ordered carry out through the DoorDash app and was blown away by the size of the menu- they have some great sounding stuff! We ordered an array of items for our big group.

Ranked from top to bottom:
Potato soup- crowd favorite with the kids and adults!
Hibiscus tea- served iced and unsweetened. I love herbal tea and this was one of the better I've had.
Southwest salad- Great! I ordered it with regular ranch anticipating the chipotle chicken to be a bit spicier. Seemed like regular chicken to me so I wish I had gone with chipotle

Walked in during lunch- knowing it would be busy that's not what go me . It was the customer service all 3 staff members saw me standing in front of the register even made eye contact. Stood there for solid 7 minutes -Not one said I'll be right with you or was I greeted. I would have waited an additional 10 min if they would have even made an attempt. If your in a bind or have to be some where don't go here for lunch. Good luck hope who ever comes next has better luck.

We ordered quite a few options, a Sunday evening, 30 min before closing, with that being said, there were only 2 employees completing our rather large order and although it took a bit longer to prepare, than we anticipated, the employees were friendly and accommodating. We tried a few menu items and this is our opinion, the coconut curry soup was watered down, the sausage and biscuit was a bit too sweet for our taste, chicken orzo was good, the loaded potato soup was so/so maybe add a bit more flavor, shrimp grits was good. The croissants were good. Salted caramel cookie was a nice sweet treat

I've been here a couple times and always had a good experience! I eat gluten free, and they have a great variety of food and pastry options. I usually get a coffee and whatever GF sweet is available, and it has always been good. I love getting to support a local Cafe while eating delicious items that work with my required diet.

Just ordered through DoorDash for the first time and everything was delicious. The quiche was outstanding. I stick to a keto diet so it's nice to have a restaurant that is able to accommodate that. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the eggs benedict and it wasn’t the best, so I decided to try it again the next day in case it wasn’t made right. This time I ordered, it was even worse. I also ordered the sausage and gravy biscuits and the smell was disgusting. You could literally tell it was just heated up in the microwave. My dogs ended up eating it.
But the coffee was good.

Everything is made in the house. Everything! It's really awesome. Go there so we can keep supporting it! Skip the Starbucks they even have every kind of sprinkle for on top of your coffee like cinnamon and chili! Check them out!

Stopped by on my way home one afternoon excited by all of the creative lattes they have. I decided to try the ooh la la Paris which had cinnamon, cardamom, and honey. Unfortunately, there was not enough cinnamon or cardamom flavor. The espresso/coffee flavors did not come through that much either and kind of tasted like just some heated up almond milk. I did like the light sweetness from the honey though. Maybe their other nonespresso drinks are better but I would probably not reorder a latte.

The barista was super friendly and patient, ready to answer any questions. Could have just been the time

Excited to try a new place especially with great menu, came away hugely disappointed. Ordered salad with avocado, avocado was unripe and crunchy like carrot, when I asked for another I was told that's all we have, I would have offered something else or at least addressed new customer concern as part of management. I also ordered $4 Turkish coffee with no sugar instead I got one with 2 tablespoons of sugar with no offer to correct, I did ask for espresso and was given that ... The Hippie coffee is amazing ... All in all food is just ok and staff certainly could figure out a better way to address

I will say that the coffee was delicious here! Unfortunately, I don't think ordering food from here is really worth it. My friend and I ordered the breakfast sandwiches which took 30 minutes to come out. When we got them, they were extremely cold. The cheese on mine wasn't even melted. It definitely looked like it had been made early in the morning, refrigerated, and then wrapped up. They microwaved them for us when we brought it up, but at that point it was just disappointing. I think their menu is just a bit too diverse for the amount of staff that they have to prepare it all.

Coffee is good. The shrimp and grits it's really good ( and well priced). But my last visit I ordered the tamales. It tasted fine but it was just one single small ( like size of a taquito) tamale and a small egg for $6 is pretty crazy. Maybe change the name to "tamale"
Also pretty long wait

Stopped by here before a meeting to grab a coffee and a little breakfast. I was surprised they made their quiche in store. Would highly recommend the spinach and feta quiche, it hit the spot! Coffee was solid as well. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

This little café is brand new to our area, yet they have a menu that speaks volumes and defies their small size! Want a sandwich? Brew to Brew has a huge variety of them. How about some soup? They've got you covered there too! Or how about some delicious pastries? BAM, Brew to Brew delivers! All their coffee, beers, and wines are locally sourced, which is some thing that I love about this bakery/café, and the service is outstanding! For being so new to the community, they've certainly made a splash in the coffee scene!

I visit Brew to Brew a LOT....I do love the lattes BUT the service is hit or miss....sometimes super good and other times horrible.....today I ordered my usual latte was the only one waiting for service...after 10 minutes I went to girl asked her what was wrong...she said machine wasn't working but they were fixing it...my drink was on the bar with espresso in it waiting for milk...when I asked her about that she said it needed more espresso....after another 5 minutes or more she was still scooping up beans my drink still sitting...I finally canceled order they did refund my money with a sad

Lovely little spot to grab a cookie or pastry to go. They have a great selection and reasonable prices. The only reason it isn't five stars is because they've put out some tables so that people can eat inside, and occasionally I see a member of the staff putting their mask *on* to come see me (i.e. they weren't wearing it before, so the air inside may have germs... ).

Updating and changing my review. The last time we ordered we were super impressed with the menu and thought the food was ok. We have it 5 stars to help it along. Two weeks later we ordered two cold sandwiches and the chicken salad sandwich was inedible and the cold roast beef was just ok. The kids had pumpkin cheesecake and threw it away. My daughter also threw away her macchiato. With a tip, our two cold sandwiches, two slices of pumpkin cheesecake, small coffee and buttered biscuit was $30. Insane since I had to throw away almost everything. Honestly the only things that were eaten were the biscuit

This place just recently opened near my parents' house, and I had heard really good things about it. For a smaller space they have a huge menu with good variety of both sweet and savory items. This go around I just tried coffee - Americano with almond milk (I think? Maybe it was skim) and vanilla. It was just sweet enough and had great flavor. I know my friend also really like their sugar-free flavors. They have a few vegan items, and I'm sure that varies too based on what they make that week. Check their Instagram to see what they have. Really excited for another local coffee shop option

I recently discovered this place and immediately became a fan. I've been about 6 times and everything has been delicious. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is housemade. They even make their own marshmallows for the hot chocolate! I had the chicken tamale with egg, which was delicious. Another time I had the eggs Benedict( they make their own english muffins.) It was also delicious. I've tried cookies, scones and pastries and all have been delightful. They serve high quality coffee. The employees are very friendly and attentive. I also appreciate that they offer the option of curbside

My family and I ordered from here through Doordash and was pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality of the items. We all had plenty to eat as the portions were generous and the coffee was way better than any of its fast food counterparts.

If you like food made days ago, frozen, and then microwaved then this is the place for you. Or if you are a giant fan of Harris Teeter deli meat and cheese this also might be enjoyable to you. Even the bread is frozen and thawed and you can taste it in every bite. My sandwich even tasted like the deli meat was frozen then thawed, worst experience ever!

Good and almost consistent. I say almost consistent because when visiting B2B, my order is often the same. Shrimp & Grits + Waffle & butter/syrup + double-shot espresso (which I was originally told was actually 4) on my Vietnamese coffee, but depending on who's behind the counter, the value changes. Besides this small quirk, the place is worth a trip at least for me who lives in Wake Forest and drives 20+ minutes to get my Vietnamese coffee.

Love, love, love this place!! Highly recommend the shrimp and grits, and the roast beef sandwich! I would love to explore more of the menu, but I simply can't not order those two dishes! They call me! That focaccia...I would probably eat a cardboard sandwich if it were served on that bread.
