I have been a huge fan of Manhattan Cafe since I first tried it from an Offline Perk in 2019. Their food is amazing and so affordable. I am a huge fan of the buffalo chicken wrap- don't forget the side of crack sauce, it is one of my favorite condiments ever. I love a good salad bar since they are so rare these days and this one is amazing and has so many options. I love that they make it for you and toss it up before putting it in the container. I recently took some coworkers who had never been before, and they all loved it. In 2019 they used to have Saturday hours so I wish they would add

I decided to stop in here since I was going to be in the area on my lunch break. I looked at the menu and saw they had online ordering so I chose to do that to cut down on time. I placed my order (a salad) & added additional toppings that unfortunately were left off my salad. Idk if it was because it was out, but I was disappointed to not see any blue cheese on my salad and checking my receipt to confirm I ordered it. Nevertheless pickup was quick and easy & the pricing was fine. Even the salad was tasty (I'll opt to just one meat option next time) & I was happy to see they use

Best sandwich and salad place in downtown Raleigh! Very fast and kind service, always a friendly smile to greet you at the door. Get your sandwich to go or sir inside and enjoy the interesting artwork or if the day is nice that have a covered patio out front that always welcoming. All in all a fine place to stop and have lunch!

I love love love their sandwiches! Whenever I'm downtown i love to pop in there. I just went last week and brought a friend. It was her first time trying it and she liked it too! The employees are always so helpful and nice. They truly go above and beyond. This is one of my favorite places to visit and a real downtown staple.

Hands down, best chicken and waffle sandwich I've had in my life. It was the special when we came in but it was amazing.
Great fries, great sauce. Wife got a veggie quesadilla that was pretty good and my mom got a rueben that was fantastic as well. Will definitely be back when we are in the area.
Edit to add the people working were all awesome. My daughter (almost 2) cries when anyone she doesn't know talks to her and we must have had four or five people check on us throughout the meal and she was happy to chat with all of them. Super friendly and attentive, even though it was kind of busy.

Great lunch stop. The wrap was a bit small but for $6 dollars about what I expected. On the other hand my wife's build your own salad was HUGE and delicious. Everything was very fresh. I was very happy with the aide potato salad. Had a nice tang to it. Will definitely come back to try a panini and a sandwich at some point

I've been a long time patron of Manhattan. Things changed overnight when new owners took over a couple years back, fortunately. Two words: SALAD BAR. It's so good that I've never ordered anything else! The choices of protein and toppings are vast, so you really do get a salad that's customized like you want. The Manhattan dressing is really good, so make sure you try it out. And sign up for their rewards program to earn a free salad at a certain point.

Always looking for a good sandwich and this pastrami from Manhattan did not disappoint! Loaded with a pile of pastrami, Dijon mustard and Swiss cheese on toasted rye. Their Philly cheese steak was amazing as well! I don't think you can go wrong with anything from their menu! Even though it was busy when I went, service was quick.

Getting set up for lunch with their amazing looking salad bar, but I was here for breakfast. And I ended up falling a little bit off my keto diet with a great "western omelet" bagel. Fully loaded with egg and cheese and bacon and onions and peppers on an Everything bagel, it was delicious. Good coffee, too.

Decent spot downtown for sandwiches, salads, and soups. It’s pretty popular during the lunch hour, so if you don’t want to wait in line you may want to plan to come early.
The food is decent. I had the Chicken Calabrese with fries. It was dripping with oils, but tasted good. Maybe not the healthiest option :) but they do offer salads and other lighter dishes.

Tried this place for lunch and has officially became my go to lunch spot. Not only because its minutes from my job but the food is amazing! They have so many choices to pick from. A full salad bar, cold and hot sandwiches, wraps, quesadillas, soups, and breakfast items!
I tried the philly cheesesteak and it was perfect! My friend has the buffalo chick wrap and said it was delicious, just wish it had lettuce.

This downtown cafe is across from Clyde Cooper's. They have an awesome selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, wraps, and paninis from the deli and the grill. They also have quite the salad "bar". Note: they are not doing doughnuts anymore! Hate that I never got to try one that others have mentioned.

Oh Manhattan how I love thee!! Working downtown means there are a ton of restaurant options. Some have been there for years and others are here today then gone tomorrow. Manhattan has been here of many years and I hope they are here as long as I work downtown. They have sandwiches, wraps, a pasta bar a salad bar and soup and guess what!?... ALL OF IT IS GOOD!! Yes, I have tried at least one item from each area!
