My father worked with May Law Group to attain his permanent residence status which he was longing for over 30 years. We filed multiple immigration cases with different attorneys... all lead to denials.
With May law group, we immediately gained hope from the first meeting with Valerie May. This firm is the best when it comes to filing I-601 waivers and they actually take their time to file it correctly with all the supporting evidence needed to ensure the case gets accepted. Lesley Yost helped prepare my father for his interview and was very diligent in answering any questions/concerns we had.

Am very fortunate to choose May law Group (Pittsburgh PA) for filing my U Visa. I initially reached out to them in 2015 to discuss my case and they promptly explained and helped me with the U visa filing.
After signing up for the contract, I had many questions during the process, they helped clarify my doubts very patiently and prompt response. I will happily choose May Law Group for my Green Card and further filings too.
Finally, after painstaking waiting after filing, USCIS has finally approved (2021) my U Visa application, I strongly believe it's because of the "Strong and crystalline Documentation

We completed our 601 waiver with the May Law Group after multiple consultations with other lawyers who we did not feel very confident in but speaking with Valerie she assured me we had a case which meant more than anything. We worked with her and Lesley to get plenty of support that once our case was submitted we had an approval in just 2 month. The May Law Group is well worth the price they really work hard for you to submit a waiver to be proud of.

May Law Group LLC came into me and my fiancé's life at a time where we did not know what to do next in the fiancé visa process.. We were facing a denial from USCIS and our first lawyer, lacked in support or giving direction, when got the denial notice, they offered no direction on how to proceed forward. The first time I spoke with Attorney Lesley Yost, I knew that this was the law firm for us. The professionalism and support given by Lesley is difficult to find and can add peace to a heart that is working diligently through USCIS issues. Anyone who needs to resolve USCIS issues, I would highly

Do not trust this firm at all, Valeria May is a thief who takes your money and does nothing impressive just filling some forms that you can do it yourself too. I gave her 6000$ and my case was failed because of her unprofessional and careless processing my application. She is the worse immigrant law office in Pittsburgh PA, even her lawyer colleagues are saying so.

- Valerie gave us the sense that she actually cared about our case.
- She pointed us in the right direction immediately and corrected several misconceptions we had about the immigration process.
- She gave us an accurate timeline for what to expect through the process.
- She gave us a condensed checklist of everything we would need to provide to the USCIS.
- She handled all of our questions with timely and professional responses, and gave us peace of mind throughout this daunting process.
We 100% recommend the May Law Group to anyone seeking

The following is my OPINION on the quality of service we rreI can summarize our experience using May law group to represent my wife through her immigration process in the following ways: extremely unprofessional, horrible communication, lack of any empathy for their clients whatsoever and quick to blame other for their own inept actions.
During my wife's immigration process, we moved from Pittsburgh to Dallas and then again from Dallas to Phoenix. During this time, different lawyers for MayLaw Group would sometimes email just me (and not my wife) important documents for her and other times

The May Law group were in charge of my immigration process from the beginning to its end. Valerie's team helped me review my immigration needs and navigate through the complex process and filing options. In addition to tailoring their services to my constraints (personal, travel and work considerations), they also proactively update me on the recent changes in the process as they process several cases and can figure out what the administration requires. During the waiting periods, and every time I had to make a decision that could impact the immigration process, they were available to advise me

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! I would have rather burned my money rather than give to Valerie May immigration law group.
First of all, I barely ever write reviews. The only reason I'm writing a review is that these people were immensely unprofessional.
I had planned on filing my EB1 petition through them. They asked me for a $3000 initiation fee, which I payed.
It took them months to even produce the drafts of the LORs, after I had provided them with all my material. The drafts were extremely poorly written. They actually expect you to write the draft and then edit themselves. I could have

My husband and I entered with May Law Group after a horrible ordeal with some pro bono lawyers recommended by the courts. I can say that if you are truly in love, ready to put your all into helping your partner and are looking for help, you can trust May Law Group. Their dedicated staff, experienced lawyers and knowledge of the immigration process are incomparable with any others thatI have had the chance to work with. We finally have the end result that was agreed upon and just in time to start our family. I cannot say more about how pleased we were with our choice in May Law Group and would recommend

I contacted Valerie all the way from the other side of the world with absolutely no hope of being able to get my wife's I-601 Waiver approved. We had submitted our case to USCIS and received our denial notice shortly before I contacted Valerie. After receiving our denial notice I did a search on google for lawyers that deal with waivers. The first lawyer that caught my attention was the May Law Group. I contacted them expecting to hear "sorry there is nothing we can do you have already been denied". But I was referred to Valerie who immediately told me that she is sure she can win my case. I was
