THE WORST APARTMENTS YOU COULD EVER LIVE IN, TO EXPENSIVE NO PARKING, THEY TOW CARS LEFT AN RIGHT THEY EVEN BREAK IN TO PEOPLES CARS TO STEAL THINGS AND POLICE AND MANAGEMENT OF THE APARTMENT DONT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, AND LITERALLY HAVE THE POLICE STATION RIGHT BEHIND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AND SOME NEIGHBORS SHOOT THEIR GUNS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT DRINKING BEING LOUD 24/7

A clean place to live but they charge you just to have a parking spot near your apartment, they should have a parking spot for each apartment, they are way over priced and they catere to a specific race, and the pool that they said would be open, never is open even though the hours are posted on the gate living here has definitely been a waste of my money and time, and the trees look like they are dying and not properly trimmed so don't park under the tress unless you want branches falling on your car. !!!!Last the people below me have a parking tag spot for reserved parking in one spot and have

Great spot to live it up but this places bad WIFI makes it extremely hard to enjoy my daily routine of watching keeping up with the Kardashians and duck dynasty at 3:00 every day. Living here has made my happiness levels decrease and i don't know how much longer i can do this. I haven't watched any episodes and i want to know what happens. My husband is threatening divorce and i need this fixed asap.

My husband and I signed a lease on Friday January 15th 2021. The manager Flor told us our apartment was ready to move in. We were given a form to fill out about the condition of the apartment and was told to return it to the office on Tuesday January 19th 2021. We turned the form into the office yesterday and Flor told us she would come to our apartment Wednesday morning to do a walk through and address our concerns. She did not come to do the walk through so I went down to the office and she just said she would contact me later in the day. I let her know that besides all of the mold issues our

Great little community! They just painted the whole complex, it looks nice and fresh. My wife and I have lived here a little over a year and have had no issues. It's super close to I10 and 99 is only a couple miles away. The office staff is really helpful and always cheerful. My wife loves to chat away with the ladies in the office lol. The maintenance staff is very professional as well and the guys are always out working. I see them everyday walking the community picking up trash or fixing something. It's quiet, which is surprising for the amount of families with children, but everyone I've met
